Thank you for your comment. me and my staff , we are always available for our clients to advise them how to take the most out of their stay in Paris. But we are here also when problem happened ( person is sick and has to go to a pharmacy, a english speaking doctor, person got pickpocked in the subway, person mis his train or flight...) The bottom line, we never let our clients down. Even when they check out, they can use also all the free services of the hotel until 22h30. ( washer/dryer, use of the kitchen). They can relax or work in our lobby ( free 4 * wifi with fiber optic high speed) . We take care of our clients before their stay, during their stay, after their stay. Before their stay we can advise our clients about restaurants, museums, cities to visit outside Paris as well, off the beaten tracks. We have also a new blog about the Latin Quarter.
