這是一家非常好的酒店！提供出眾的客戶服務，房間非常寬敞乾淨，餐廳里供應的早餐和晚餐都很棒，從酒店去羅馬特米尼火車站的班車非常有用。

這次體驗太差了，我們是在這裏出差住一晚的，但是根本睡不着。客房靠近貨車卸貨的區域，整個晚上都很吵，在這種情況下根本睡不着啊。而且早餐也很差，煎蛋都已經焦掉了還很乾，果汁也是一股香精味道，而且濃縮咖啡也是很差。這裏的員工只會道歉，其他的什麼都不做。真是一次很差的體驗，再也不會來了。

Dear Jose3306, Thank you for posting a review of our property and for staying at our hotel. I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the noise in the nearby area notwithstanding the double-glassed windows in every room. I hope the reception staff has been promptly notifed about that and hopefully they have offered you another room, whether available. I understand that you felt the staff were a bit unorganized during breakfast, forgive us for the disarray. I have forwarded your comments to the involved management and for necessary changes. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope that you will afford us another opportunity to showcase our usual levels of service. Once again, thank you for your comments and for staying. Best Regards, Martina

我們很喜歡住在這家酒店，早餐很好，有大房間和浴室，服務人員很親切，在酒店區域有很好的停車場，感覺安全，靠近購物中心，遠離中心城區，但有車的話這不是問題。

這家酒店有一個友好的前台，並且很乾凈等等，但在公共汽車路線上的說法非常誤導人。酒店位於公共汽車路線上，但是在巴士路線的最遠點，需要20分鐘到火車站，這是火車站最遠的地方，所以要花另外20分鐘去火車中心站，因此浪費了這麼多的時間僅僅是到一個站點，然後才開始計劃去一個景點。不錯的酒店，不過不適合遊客。

Dear Liesel R, Thanks for choosing Hotel Domidea and taking the time to leave your personal feedback. We are glad to learn that you really appreciated our staff, our large rooms and their cleanliness and sorry to hear that you found our hotel too far from tourist' attractions. We can arrange shuttle service to the city centre, about 20 minutes, quite reasonable for a big city like Rome.
