酒店位置很好，到罗马的各个景点都很方便。飞机场和火车站也只是很短的开车距离就到了，这样一来，到佛罗伦萨和威尼斯的一天游就很方便了。房间空间很大，很对得起我们所付的房费。但是，浴室需要增加点设施了。客房服务的菜单可选的品种太少了，食物也一般般。员工让人惊讶，为整个入住添光彩。

酒店和漂亮，服务员很棒，还有舒适的公共区域。房间很大很安静，还有一张特别舒服的床，我们住在六楼，有一个阳台门可以通往一个露台，露台上有桌子和椅子可供使用，但这里只能看到其他的建筑物，但也不容忽视了。早餐是自助餐可以满足各种各样的口味。我们选择了欧式早餐，这真的是一个很棒的选择，不管是所做的选择还是味道我们都非常的满意！沿着酒店下方的方向乘巴士大概15到20分钟的路程可以到斗兽场，巴士会定时发车。酒店会在一天固定的时间点提供班车服务，但由于我们有罗马通行证，直接开车出行也没什么花费。

工作人员一点也不友好。在入住登记的时候，他们甚至没有帮助我们把行李搬到我们的房间，而是要求我们把车停在地下停车场，让我们自己把行李搬到房间里去(从停车处没有直接通向旅馆的路)。第二天我们要了一个熨板，工作人员给了一个严重损坏了的！！就在同一天，我们联系了客房服务部来点餐，他们说“我们会给你回电话，因为我们现在很忙”，而他们从没给我们回过电话。当我们在10分钟后联系他们时，他们说:“我们告诉过你，我们会给你回电话，我们正忙着呢！！”这是我们所住过的最糟糕的旅馆之一。

We want to apologize for not being able to make you feel supported when having an issue with your bags, we do our best to offer a caring and personalized service giving all the possible solutions to make sure you fully enjoy your stay among us. Also please accept our apologies for taking into your room a broken iron, we have already replaced it. Moreover, we have taken note of your comment regarding the room service and sincerely apologize for the exceptional wait you experienced on this occasion, please know that your review has been shared with our head of department so as to avoid this from happening in the future. 我们在这家酒店住了两晚。它宽敞，干净，方便。此外，每个客房都有一个用户友好的4G手机，在意大利免费通话和免费上网。客人外出旅游时可以带出去。所以使用GPS，你不会迷路。地点不在罗马市中心，但价格非常好，服务也很棒。酒店还设有一家亚洲餐厅，步行5分钟，取名“炒锅”。我在这家酒店看到许多亚洲游客。这样一个安全、舒适的地方。

非信任的工作人员在未经我同意的情况下，就向我的信用卡收取费用。而且几天之后也不通知我。酒店清洁人员的声音很大，也不更换浴室东西。早餐的种类很少。

We are truly sorry but there was a mistake by the agency, which sent us your booking incorrectly, following the procedures, we used your credit card that you left as a guarantee at the chek in time. A me per l'hotel non lo hanno chiesto e a quanto so non serve nemmeno per il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel. Richiesto però per visita monumenti e musei
