我們在過去的5個晚上呆在這裏，非常享受我們的逗留。登記的前台工作人員非常友好，給了我們一些關於該去吃和不該去吃的地方，並且如何到達這些地方的好建議。早餐是不錯的，還為安排我們探索美麗的羅馬而忙碌。房間很好，乾淨，寬敞，安靜。強烈推薦。

通過Sembo網站預定了一個雙人間。然而，預訂公司從來沒有說過我們的房間位於250米外的附屬建築物里，而不是廣告上的酒店主樓。我們不得不支付額外的每晚50歐元昇級入住酒店主樓。對於被預訂網站（Sembo）隱藏的極其難以被發現的細節非常失望。酒店還拒絕減免每晚50歐元的額外費用。

Hello, we are sorry you have not been satisfied with your room choice. unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for all the websites where our rooms are sold. Though, in our official website, there are all the descriptions about the information of all our rooms. We genuinly thought you would have appreciated our upgrade; usually there is a more than 50€ per night difference to be paid for such an upgrade. We are sure next time you will pay more attention on the room type you will be reserving.

晚上門關了，我們不得不站在外面一個小時，即使通過緊急電話，夜班經理根本無法到達。門被完全鎖上了，所以即使是裏面的人如果發生火災也會被困在裏面。經理起初想向我們收取房間費用。經過半個小時的討論，他做出了一個補償安排來解決我們的問題。早餐也是令人難以置信差。

We are still very sorry for what happened, though we take advantage of this review to clarify something. Problems like this might always happen, especially in a place like an Hotel and that is why, not having a reception open 24 hours (it closes at 10pm), we have an emergency number. First of all, we would like to inform everybody that the reception opening/closing time are written before reserving, thus that who finds this uncomfortable may decide not to book. That being said, that night we have received the call and we showed up in 10 minutes, as always; after trying to understand what was going on, we understood that the door was blocked and not opening. We letted you in from the main door and we made sure that you could make your way to your room. Then we immediately called the maintainer to fix it (it was 4am); since we never had a problem like that to that door in almost 3 years that the Hotel exists, we have been checking the surveillance cameras, in order to check if something or someone might have blocked the door somehow. Unfortunately (and surprisingly) we realized that, altough it is clearly written (and explained at check-in) to turn the handle to open the door, you just "tried" to scan the card and when you saw that nothing was happening, you thought to climb the door to get in through an open window above the door. To do that, you climb up the handle with your feet, smashing it and not letting it work again. Then you called and we arrived and letted you in. Still, after realizing that basically YOU broke the door you were complaining to, we decided to not let you pay the night, asking you only the city overnight tax which not depend on us. You refused to pay that (8€) and we have been forced to pay that in your stead. That door is just the entrance door; in fact, it leads to the elevator that, as everyone knows, it cannot absolutely be used during an emergency situation, especially in a fire. For that, we have clear paths that lead out of the building, as per the Italian and international laws, that we are proud to respect (we have all the documents for that). We apologise for pointing this out, though we cannot let pass the information that our Hotel is not safe. Of course, we are here trying to express how bad we are feeling about all this and we think we also proved it, though, for the next time, we strongly suggest you to be a little bit more carefull with public things that also other guests use. Regards

我最近一直住在特萊維皇宮酒店並且我會推薦這裏。靠近羅馬的所有重要景點和旅遊聖地，從火車站步行15分鐘既可以到達，並且靠近許多便利設施。最好的一點是幫助打印去梵蒂岡旅遊的兌換券的工作人員非常友好。如果去羅馬旅遊，很值得考慮這家酒店。

我們從羅馬特米尼車站步行走到這家酒店大約用了20分鐘，途中還經過德拉共和廣場。當我們到羅馬的時候是在晚上，去酒店的路上前台員工還給我們打電話問我們在哪裡並指引去酒店的方向。他們為我們提供自助早餐，裏面有蛋糕、麵包、火腿、各種果醬和咖啡、茶、果汁。總之我們住的房間非常舒適也很現代化，牆上還有壁畫。我們步行就能到許多景點，像是斗獸場、特雷維噴泉、祖國祭壇、西班牙階梯等等。
