这家旅馆真漂亮。与我在意大利住过的其他旅馆相比，这些房间相当大，也很干净。员工很友好，早餐很美味。足够偏僻，不是在一个热闹的地区(超级繁忙的地区)，但又足够近，你可以步行到大教堂，Santa Maria Novela站和可以去任何旅游地的巴士站，距离Ponte Vecchio和所有令人惊叹的餐厅不超过15分钟的距离!这家旅馆是我姐姐和姐夫推荐的，这是一个完美的选择。

Dear Guest, Yours is such a beautiful review to us, thank you so much! Our 15 minutes far from main attractions location makes this Florence area quieter, but always close to the historical centre. 佛罗伦萨可能是一个令人生畏的城市，有着大量的游客，喧闹的街道和拥挤的交通。会馆位于一条安静的侧街上，距离火车站只有几步之遥，如果没有车的话，这是个很不错的选择。在我们整个入住期间，会馆的工作人员都很尽责，房间干净舒适。对于佛罗伦萨市中心的旅馆来说，这个价格是非常合理的。从会馆到圆顶、马桥、中央市场和河边都是很方便的。会馆提供的的自助早餐很好，食物种类很多。我们唯一的建议是在浴缸里放一个浴垫，因为浴缸/淋浴地板非常滑。总之，是个地理位置优越的酒店。

The hotel room is very small, and it is far away from the city center. I booked it through booking. It said that there is a balcony and a bathtub. However，I found nothing, and I said it to the front desk. He said that only this type of room is available, and the sound insulation effect. Also not good, strongly not recommended。这个酒店房间很小，而且离开市中心比较远，我是通过booking来预定的，上面有说有阳台和浴缸，结果发现什么都没有，找了前台，他说只有这种房型了，而且隔音效果也不好，强烈不推荐

Dear Roam02218665411, I would like to thank you for your hotel choice and for sharing your experience with you. I am also taking the occasion to reply to your negative considerations about your stay: - I do not know in which room you staied in; probably in a classic single room (the smallest we have in our hotel). If you have booked a classic single, I kindly remind you that we advertise very clearly on Booking.com, our online booking and all other Online Travel Agencies the room size and the bedding. - the hotel is far away from the city center; our hotel is already in the city centre, 200 meters walking from the central railway station, 5 minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella Church, steps away by the Lungarni, 15 minutes walking for Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery. - bathtub and terrace; we always advertise that we have some rooms with terrace (not all!) and some with bathtub (not all!). You find these descritpino on our general information; if you have booked a single room, it said rooms has only shower (and no mention about terrace). If you have booked a double room, same we do not guarantee bathtub and terrace; they are upon availability and on request. I do not know if you are the Guest who, last saturday, claimed at the reception our Presidential Suite (which has balconies and bath tub), even having booked a classic room, only because on our Photo Gallery there are pictures of the Suite. I thank you so much for your interest in our hotel and for your question about our Presidential Suite del Granduca.
For safety reasons, fireplaces are not working. They are 18th century antique pieces, made in italian marble.

Many thanks for your question regarding the difference between our classic and deluxe rooms.
All our rooms have been recently renovated. Deluxe rooms are larger than classic ones, and are more luxury in bedroom furnishings, tiles, curtains. Some of them have some 19th century antique pieces.
