我们在这里过得很愉快。工作人员非常友好，房间很干净，早餐也很好吃。住在这里坐火车很方便，而且附近有很多好的餐厅。我会把这家酒店推荐给所有去佛罗伦萨旅游的人。

什么样的酒店连熨斗都没有啊？我问前台的时候，她告诉我说“出于安全考虑”房间里不准用熨斗。非常失望。淋浴间里只准备了两条毛巾，也不提供洗衣服务。龙头的把手都没有了。房间里很吵，因为大厅里的所有声音我们都能听见。酒店只提供了最低限度的设施，别的什么也没有。

Dear Rickv556, We are very sorry that you didn't have the good time that usually our guest talk about. And very surprised that you said we give you just a minimun... Unfortunately we are not allowed to give iron to clients due to the Italian law on fire safety, but if you need to wash or just iron clothes you can just leave the clothes in the morning and you will have the service done on the same afternoon. We have an wide and delicious buffet breakfats where you can find hot drinks, juices, fresh yogurt, many kinds of buns and croissants, cakes, cereals, savoury food (e.g. various types of sliced ham, cheese, bread); in addition, you have the possibility to taste fresh-made pancakes! Coffe and cappuccino and all the selection of tea. Hotel La Fortezza boasts a strategic position in Florence: a beautiful 19th Century palace well connected with the station and the city center (you can reach it just walking 20 minutes) or just in 4/5 minutes with the Tram. We got the train on arrival, but a Taxi for our return trip.

Near our Hotel there is a very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. its name is: penta bistrot, 5 minutes walk from us

Sorry, Pat, I'm not the person who can enlighten you. We were on a walking holiday and used public transportation when needed in Florence.
