友好的員工，絕佳的位置
我們發現這家酒店的環境很好。在花園的橄欖樹叢中漫步真是一種愉快的體驗。早餐質量很好，工作人員也非常樂於助人。往返佛羅倫薩市中心的班車真是一個巨大的福利。我們一定會再來的！

往返於別墅和城裡的接駁車服務好，可以在需要的時候打電話給酒店來接你。別墅不錯，房間寬敞。我妻子、兒子和我在別墅里度過了愉快的假期。早餐好。糟糕的是，我們入住期間，咖啡機壞了，沒法提供黑咖啡。

童話花園
我無法告訴你我有多愛這個地方。花園就像電影里的一樣，一個童話般的場景。我喜歡隱藏在花園不同區域的私人座位。坐在那裡，喝着一杯汽水，享受着陽光的愜意。工作人員都很友好。馬特奧在前台是如此可愛，但專業。弗雷德里科在酒吧里很受歡迎。早餐是豐富和美味的，我有足夠的選擇，即使作為一個素食主義者，我也有足夠的選擇來安排我的一天。這趟班車定期運行。房間乾淨，風格優美。謝謝你的精彩，難忘的停留。

Hi, I plan to stay at your hotel in the month of November 2019. Would like to know how to reach Piazzale Montelungo, Firenze FI, Italy from your hotel. It is a Tuscany tour which starts at 7:45 am. Also, we will be visiting Cinque Terre and need to reach the same place again and the trip starts at 7:00 am. What is the best way to reach this place from your hotel?
Dear Shubhangi, The best and the easiest way to reach Piazzale Montelungo at that time from the hotel it is by taxi, the cost for the taxi will be around 20,00 - 25,00 Euro. Kind regards Villa Agape's Team

As a former guest, I can assure you they are very accommodating, professional, friendly and resourceful. I suggest you email them directly, they should reply promptly. Im sure they offer this service although we didn’t use it.. We loved this place, superb and quiet location - and the free shuttle system makes it quite perfect. Enjoy....
