刚在这里住了三个晚上回来，这家酒店一点也挑不出错来！工作人员是如此的友好和细心，使您的住宿能够愉快。房间又干净又温馨，每天晚上我们的床上都放着夜班工作人员送来的巧克力，我觉得非常温暖。我们的旅行一切顺利，酒店司机接送我们来回，每个工作人员都非常友好，给了我们很多有用的旅行建议！我们将在一月份返回，除了阿姆斯特丹豪华套房酒店外，绝对不会选择其它酒店。谢谢你们这几天的款待！

我们在这家位置绝佳的酒店住了4个晚上，酒店甚至负责了我们机场的接送。前台的费利亚为人十分友好，给我们推荐了很多好地方，而且我们刚一抵达酒店就有人递给我们苏打水。几乎所有地方都在酒店步行可达距离之内，尤其是那些出名的景点。我们入住的皇家套房品质很高，床睡起来特别舒服，在阳台上可以欣赏到美丽的风景。我们房间里面有水槽、微波炉和加热板，但我们什么都没用过。房间的浴室面积特别宽敞！个人唯一的建议就是卧室里的照明程度有待提高，我要在壁橱里找衣服的话，还得用手机的闪光灯才行，光线实在太暗了。我们对吃早餐这一件事情并不怎么讲究，但是酒店提供的牛角面包卖相真的很诱人，现点现做的餐食口味倒是一般。我们入住期间去了另外一家餐馆，那里的早餐倒是挺好。

Dear Claudillita, Thank you so much for this lovely review. We are truly happy to read that you enjoyed your stay and that our Front Office was super nice. We certainly will pass the compliments to our staff and in special to Fenia. Regarding the lighting we can inform you that there are several lights nearby the bed and also in the closet. Since there is not reservation number or roomnumber we are unable to check this. We are sorry for any inconvinience. It is also possible to place extra lighting on request. Our Front Desk is 24/7 available for any question, doubt or request. Thank you for your review about the breakfast. Your review is very important to us. We are sorry you did not enjoy our breakfast choises. We offer a small buffet and besides this we have a-la-carte card where we offer various dishes. 这是一家位于市中心完美位置上的出色酒店，员工很友好。早餐选择很好，酒店很安静，还有一些额外服务，比如2小时的带导游的城市步行之旅。我们住的是酒店后方3楼的豪华套房，能俯瞰相邻的建筑，房间大小很好，床非常舒服，淋浴很令人惊叹，一个小缺点是吹风机的线不够长，没法吹头发？而且有一天没有夜床服务，但是总的来说这是一家很棒的酒店 👍

This is the only way how we can improve ourselves. We have checked your reservation. We would like to inform you that we have Front Office available 24/7. They can help you with any doubt or question you may have. Regarding the hairdryer wire, we can inform you that the wire is rolled up in the hairdryer itself and therefore it is extendable. So you have to pull on the wire. There is a button on the side to allow the thread to roll back. Regarding the turn-down service, we can inform you that we have discussed this with our Manager Housekeeping. Please, accept our sincere apologies. Thank you very much for your question.
Normally our suites are equipted with only one kingsize bed.
We also have family suites available, they are equipted with 2 kingsize beds.
Please send us a direct email to reservations @ luxurysuitesamsterdam. com which dates you prefer to stay, then we can check if we have availability for the familysuites.

Thank you for your request. We are sorry that we have missed your question. We see that previous guests already replied to this. You only need a keycard to come into your room. We do have a 24/7 Front Desk but at a certain time, you also need a keycard to come into the hotel.
