和媳妇住了两晚，临走时办完退房发现落了条宝格丽的项链在房间洗手台。回去找店员敷衍地打了几个电话说没有，我们当面又把行李查了一遍确认一定就落在房间，店员坚持不承认甚至连让我们问问保洁的机会都不许，明明就是自己偷了撒谎，建议不要去！

Dear Curious18865129897, Thank you for your feedback. It is very unfortunate that you lost your necklace during your stay, I agree on that. We trust our staff when they say they have not seen anything in the room, such as a necklace. I also find your accusation to be rude. We have tried our best to be of service and searched for your necklace, but with no end. And again it is unfortunate that you lost your necklace, but as was signed for during check-in, all valuables that are brought to the hotel premises are at the guests's sole risk. We wish you well. 九月初的时候我来詹姆斯酒店住了一个晚上，当时我是来鹿特丹出差的，所以需要住在一家靠近市中心的酒店，这家酒店就是非常不错的住处。从中央火车站走路就可以到达这家酒店，距离市中心很近，但是又非常安静。这是一家很新的酒店，所以内部装修非常漂亮、时髦。客房挺宽敞而且非常干净，我个人非常喜欢酒店一楼24小时营业的食品商店，也很喜欢那里的早餐概念-真的太方便了。

饭店就在市中心,离中央车站走路约10分钟,离拱形市场.方块屋.铅笔屋.水管屋等各景点都是走路可到,从饭店窗户可看整个鹿特丹夜景

Dear Herman L,
Thank you for your question!
We do not have a restaurant inside our hotel. Therefore it is allowed to order food from any take away restaurant/website .
Deliveries do not go all the way to your room. It is necesarry to pick your order up at the reception, by the delivery guy itself.
In our Food Market you can take any cutlery, glasses or plates if needed.
Hopefully this answers your question! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask them.

bedoelt u parking foryou? Die is er nog steeds. Die heeft dezelfde prijs als onze eigen parking (€20/24). Wanneer u van plan bent om bij ons te logeren kan u altijd eens bellen om te kijken of er plek is voor uw auto.
