非常现代化的一家酒店。有着非常不错的室内设计。而且员工也非常积极。25欧元/天的地下停车场，可以搭乘电梯直达酒店大堂。从23楼的房间可以看到海港和城市的美景。附近的餐厅有着非常不错的早餐(步行2分钟就到了)。酒店提供免费的水和咖啡。酒店离市中心很近，只需要步行10分钟就可以走到市中心了。有一个缺点，我想说的是，房间的暖气系统感觉像是坏了，甚至不工作了。只有3部电梯，有时候你得等5分钟以上才能搭上电梯。

是的，从房间和七楼的酒吧看，这家酒店的景色很美。但是我们无法接受床单上有血迹。刚开始我只注意到6个枕头中的一个有两个小污渍，所以我决定不把它当回事，一切都有意外嘛。我们只是把枕头放在了地板上。但当我们在香港的第一个晚上没有换枕头后，我发现羽绒被上有另一个非常大的污渍，实在是太多了。接待处的一位女士很有礼貌，拿着两份免费饮料的代金券道歉——然而我们真的不太满意。我要求把干净的床上用品和额外的一瓶水留在我们的房间里，结果我们不仅等了40多分钟才有人来，而且他们只留了一瓶水，而且都没有怎么打扫我们的房间。电视也糟糕极了，像一面巨大的镜子，不能在白天看它，智能电视选项也不能用。浴室设计没有隐私空间。哦，我说过新的床上用品也有污渍吗?很明显，这家酒店没有人注重细节，服务只是一般，远远谈不上4星水平。街对面的布鲁诺酒店要好得多。

我们在恩豪鹿特丹酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。我和我的女朋友在这里住了两晚，当我们到达时，所有的接待员都非常专业而且有礼貌。房间也很棒，风景超棒，非常宽敞，最赞的是当我们进入房间时，里面的细节很好。我们还见到了客户联络部门的艾琳，她也非常贴心而且专业。此外，早餐也很完美。恭喜所有的工作人员，你们为我们创造了一个超棒的住宿体验，我们还会再来的。

酒店位置优越，靠近著名的伊拉斯谟大桥，毗邻地铁站，出站之后5分钟内就可抵达饭店。 因此，如果您需要乘坐公共交通工具，很容易去任何地方。
我们住在23楼，可以看到窗前的美景。
房间很干净舒适。 舒适的浴室里还有一个大浴缸，您可以放松身心。

Wij hebben geen overlast ervaren
Wenn Sie die App „Parkbee“ benutzen dann 10 Euro für 24 Stunden. Im Hotel gleich sind das 25€ für 24 Stunden.
Wir habe einen Parkbee benutzt und musste nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hotel gehen.
Sorry but I don't know.
It took about a month for my deposit to be returned. I suggest calling the card company if you don't receive anything in 6-8 weeks.
