Dear Haddock1910, How nice to hear that you enjoyed your stay and liked us being modern and very clean. We certainly do our utmost to be exceptional and hopefully we will be in every aspect. Our rooms are from app.20sqm to app.42 sqm depending on the room type and all rooms have built in King size bed. 180*200 for Superior and Deluxe, 200*200 for Suites. Dear FilFil1234, Thank you for taking your time to share your experiences from your previous stay with us. As a part of doing Responsible Business, we try to minimize the usage of disposable products as possible therefore we provide dental kits for example per request only instead of placing them in rooms. We certainly do understand that this may not be convenient for our guests and we hope for kind understanding. Well noted of your comments on our gym. We have equipped with most used facilities such as running machine, cross trainer, cycle, weights and a bench however the size of the gym could be seen small. We are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectation. We have shared your compliment with Siaolee, the receptionist you mentioned and also everyone here at Nobis Hotel Copenhagen. We always do our utmost to assist our guests genuinely and we are very glad to hear that it was recognized. Thank you very much indeed.
