我们家在酒店订了一个顶层豪华公寓。它提供多张床和一张折叠沙发。单人浴室有点烦人，但还不错。员工超级好。如果租车的话，找个停车位是个明智的选择。地理位置很好，可以步行到城市的主要景点。酒店排名第一是毫无疑问。

住在顶楼的公寓里，感到非常奢侈。不适合5个人一起住，因为我儿子只能睡在客厅里。餐桌巨大，甲板也很大，但浴室的空间有点小，不太符合我这北美人的偏好。员工非常友好和乐于助人。

We appreciate that European sizes tend to be smaller than that of North America, especially in Iceland, but it is fantastic to hear that you still enjoyed your stay with us and that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful and your stay to be almost flawless. 黑珍珠公寓酒店的地理位置很好，房间内有些冷，如果能放一个便携加热器会好得多。酒店的服务手册上说退房时间是早上11点，可我离开那天酒店经理发来的邮件说退房时间是早上10点，超时后每小时要加收900冰岛克朗，这让我们感觉有些不开心。

Dear rttodd, Thank you for the review. However, it looks like you have posted this to the wrong property. Our brochure states check out time is noon and we do not offer a paid late check out as we are unable to guarantee this. I have been abroad for the past week and have had no access to my emails to send any during this time. Any informational emails come directly from our system and not from the manager email account. Could it be that you stayed in an apartment in 18A, which does not belong to Black Pearl, but is in the same building as us? Either way, we do hope you enjoyed your time in Iceland. All our staff are of the highest integrity and theft is not a problem at Black Pearl. If you wish to bring something to my attention, please contact me directly.
Dear Berkshire45,
WiFi is complimentary for all our guests and an access code is provided at check in. We do have smart TVs in all the rooms which can connect to Netflix. However, guests are required to use their own Netflix accounts. The TVs have BBC London and BBC News. Our Penthouse also has Apple TV, but again, guests are required to use their own log in. I hope this information is useful to you, but if you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately we do not have any onsite gym facilities. However, we do work in close collaboration with gyms in the area and they are always very happy to welcome our guests to their facilities.

The price is 2,500 ISK per day. This is comparable to the price the city charge for street parking.
