乘船巡遊前,在澤拉歐陸酒店住了3晚。房間乾淨整潔。早餐美味,種類豐富。工作人員需要多笑一笑,他們缺乏酒店行業從業者需具備的友善。

I was thrilled to learn, that all in all you spent an enjoyable stay with us and you were impressed by your well kept and spotlessly clean guest room. Further on, it is delightful, that you appreciated the extensive and delicious buffet breakfast you took at our Araz Restaurant. I was disappointed to read, that you feel our staff could have been friendlier. It is very regrettable that you did not experience that friendly hospitality they always strive to deliver. Since we take every kind of guest feedback seriously, let me ensure you, that I take the appropriate steps in order to avoid similar occurrences in the future. 優點:對原建築物進行了很棒的重建;有屋頂遊泳池(在一些照片上看到的那個)缺點:位於一樓的一棟建築翼樓的客房可通過走廊進入,走廊可通往大堂和酒吧,門不隔音,所以很難入睡;健身區和泳池區從晚上9點關閉到早上9點,所以你不能使用它們 - 無論是在商務會議之前還是之後;早餐的種類和質量(如咖啡)也令人失望——我從未見到點的歐姆蛋,而且工作人員也沒有像我對4星級酒店所期望的那樣細心和禮貌。總的來說,在布達佩斯市有很多更好的住宿選擇(根據我個人的經驗)。

Dear Michael G, First of all, thank you so much for choosing to stay at our Continental Hotel Budapest and for taking your precious time to share your sincere opinion and experiences. Needless to say, that we both appreciate positive remarks and constructive criticisms too. On the one hand, I am pleased to read, that you were impressed by our beautifully reconstructed historical building. On the other hand, I regretfully noted, that we did not manage to live up to your expectations. I am very sorry, that your room rest was not impeccable and that the opening hours of our wellness does not fit to your personal needs. Please note, that you can swim already from 8:00 o’clock in the morning. I sadly read, that our breakfast was not at your taste and that the staff was not as attentive as you expected. Please, accept my sincere apologies for the all the inconveniences encountered and the same time please note, that we had full house that day. By the time our colleague took your order, you left already. I am terribly sorry for the longer waiting time and for your bad emotions arisen. Your words are very important for us and we take the appropriate steps in order to avoid similar occurrences in the future. I truly hope that, despite the above mentioned, your stay was satisfactory and you will still give us a second chance to regain your trust. 這家酒店應該是一家4.5星級的酒店,雖然不是很糟糕,但肯定沒有那麼好。房間還可以,但是走廊又臟又舊,看起來也就像2星級。另一件事是,這家酒店有200多間客房,但他們只有大約40把雨傘供客人使用。我通常住的所有四星級和五星級酒店,要麼就在房間里提供雨傘,要麼就在前台準備充足,以滿足顧客需求。我們住宿期間下了很多場雨,每次酒店都沒法給每個人提供傘,只是說他們庫存沒了。這種情況我認為只會在三星級酒店發生。除此之這次住宿還不錯。

Needless to say, that we appreciate both positive remarks and constructive criticisms too. On the one hand, I am glad, that you found your room satisfactory. On the other hand, I regretfully noted, that we did not manage to live up to your expectations in every aspects. I am sorry, that you did not find the general appearance of our hotel impeccable. Please note, that we take great emphasis on continuous renovation, we have already renovated 187 rooms. I was sorry to hear, that we were not able to provide you umbrella; please accept my sincere apology for the caused inconvenience. You are right we do not have hundreds of umbrellas to lend, but please note, it is not typical, that all of our umbrellas are in use at the same time. I sincerely hope that, despite the above, your Budapest stay was satisfactory and you left our capital with the nicest impressions. 熱情友好的員工接待了我們,並把我們的房間昇級成四樓一個超級棒的房間(唯一的問題是,這房間到了晚上,太過暖和了,建議可以把溫度控製得稍微低點)。床是超級舒適的。早餐的種類非常多,我們每天早上吃的都不重樣。我們為自己準備了一個情侶專享信息套餐(couples Absolute message package),非常棒,強烈推薦給所有人。酒店位置便利,對我們來說很方便。步行2-10分鐘,可到廢墟酒吧區;步行5-10分鐘,即可到紐約咖啡館;步行10-15分鐘,可到猶太教堂。還有很多不錯的餐飲店。我們還會來布達佩斯旅遊的,下次我們還會選擇住在這裏的。

這家美麗的酒店靠近布達佩斯歷史悠久的猶太區。不要被其周圍的地區所嚇退,布達佩斯的這一部分已經開始興建,幾年後將會被改造。從酒店步行到市中心只需10分鐘。我們的房間很寬敞,房間乾淨整潔,裏面還有乾淨清新的毛巾,等等。我們喜歡去位於樓頂的水療中心享受放鬆。雖然它並不大,但是在你辛苦地遊覽完這座漂亮的城市之後,這是一個完美的去處,你可以來這裏遊泳/做桑拿以獲得放鬆。這裏的工作人員很友好,他們會為你提供觀光旅遊方面的建議。總之,這是一次愉快的入住體驗。
