Super nice accommodations and just about the friendliest staff I’ve seen! The rooms have great beds and pillows. I had a suite and it had plenty of room. Very clean also. The food in the restaurant is really good too.

We arrived at this hotel and immediately loved the decor. The front desk staff Tiffany was pleasant and helpful during our stay. Kingsley went above and beyond to provide topical ointment and band aids when my husband hurt his leg. The most outstanding staff we encountered during our stay was Carolyn in housekeeping. We let her know our room had not been vacuumed since we arrived 4 days earlier. When we returned, she had cleaned, vacuumed, mopped, restocked our towels and had our room looking welcoming. The other issue we had was with the thermostat. It took 3 calls to get someone to come and adjust it. We still rated this hotel as a 4 because of the staff. We understand that new facilities sometimes have growing pains and training that is needed.

I stayed at the Washington Marriot Capital Hill hotel in late September. I was in town attending a Gala at the Library of Congress so I only stayed for one night. The hotel is in a newly gentrified area and was very modern. The Lobby is light and airy with a nice bar facing the floor to ceiling windows on the street. I stopped by the M Club in late afternoon and had some awesome dim sum. It was fresh and hot. The Club was large with many comfortable seating areas. They upgraded my room so I got a corner suite with large bathroom and separate TV area. When I returned that night, the lobby was lively, with a number of people at the bar watching the nail-biter Ohio State/Notre Dame game. When I went to bed, the bed was large and comfortable. The electric black out shade was a nice touch. I would have slept all morning if I didn't set an alarm. I had breakfast at the M Club which was awesome. Full buffet with bacon, eggs, oatmeal, numerous pastries, bagels, bread, etc. They even had fresh peaches. I had a slightly complicated check out because I had to leave my rented tux at the front desk for pick up but the staff made it seamless. The overall experience was excellent. …

The hotel is new and well-staffed. The location is safe and with good parking options. The rooms are beautiful, upgraded with lighting fixtures alongside the bed. This is a "smart" featured hotel with well-designed heating and cooling, bathroom mirror lighting, and amazingly comfortable beds! The one drawback is the proximity to the train; however, the noise level was not a problem. Food options are good, and the smoked old-fashioned drink is worth a visit to the bar!

The Marriott Hotel was located in the heart of capitol’s district. Surrounded by Noho , restaurants, events, convention venter theatre and more star the staff, security , cleaning service was only outmatches by the rooms and food great location. I crated reels amd highly recommend them as ,long term travel executive.. 5 star services . Rooms new bathrooms elite.
