从2017年7月23日起，我们一起在这里住了10个晚上，酒店超出了我的期望。工作人员非常友好，他们的客户服务使我们感到宾至如归。我们所有的需求都得到了照顾。 房间干净，宽敞。房间内的冰箱和微波炉派上用场。我特别喜欢这样一个事实是我们可以使用来自房间不同部分的USB端口对我们的小工具进行充电。早餐是非常好的。然而，在不同的日子里，要增加各种各样的空间，特别是要记住，有些人可能会在酒店待很长一段时间。酒店周围安静的环境是体验的好去处，酒店附近也还有很多地方可供选择。

上档次、干净的酒店，靠近城市，位置不是最好的，附近除了快餐店之外也没什么别的餐馆，酒店里也没有餐馆。早餐不错，员工的服务还可以接受，如果再来附近我会住这里。

Dear Zycus; We would like to thank you for selecting our hotel as your place to stay while in DC. We appreciate and value your feedback and certainly apologize that this was the impression you had of our lovely hotel, and downtown location. Rest assured we are a safe and very friendly hotel in a good area. While it is unfortunate that you had these credit card issues it is important to note it was not from our hotel, but the other merchant and your bank looking out for you and concerned for fraudulent charges. Taxi's in the area are hit or miss and we are aware of this but work with many drivers that are very friendly and happy to transport our guests throughout the city and back. We wish we knew you had these difficulties so we could have contacted our list of taxi companies and drivers that always come to our hotel. 这个地方比较干净整洁并且员工非常友善，愿意帮助客人。有些评价说到因为街道的缘故比较吵。但我们有一个非常安静的房间。我们住在六层，酒店的后面，不在街道旁。免费的早餐非常丰盛。并且其他人说停车费是42美元，可我们只花了15美元。可能是我们来的比较迟？不知道是什么原因。但是总的来说是个不错的地方。

Dear Lauren; Thank you for taking the time to share your trip with us. We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable and friendly environment and pleased to hear our location was quiet, comfortable guestroom and good breakfast made for a good experience. We do charge $15 for parking we have not charged higher than that, but each hotel will have different fees depending where they are in the city. Tb; To better address your concerns in a timely manner, we ask that you contact us directly. Please contact the hotel directly as we are not able to address this via this platform. The hotel Manager is Jaye, 202.266.3000.
Hi, thank you for the great question! I am happy to address this best I can. Each hotel is different on their policies and I can assure the safety deposit boxes at the front desk are secure and private, the guest is the only one with the key to that box during their stay and with full trust in our team we have never had any theft issues as a result of any customer valuable left in these boxes as no one else can access the contents. But I can understand and appreciate the concern and sorry that do not have a safe in our rooms. I do not recall if this location had safes in the rooms prior to a renovations a few years back.

The hotel has a courtesy van. It's pretty far from Dulles, but yo can get public transportation to DC but need to get a cab to hotel. Metro station is not real close either.
