第一块肥皂用完了，我就去要块新肥皂，结果工作人员回复他们需要“检查一下报告文件”以便确保今天并没有给我发放新肥皂。不知道为什么，他们对此的态度很粗鲁。开什么玩笑？一块肥皂才多少钱？5泰铢吗？为什么不选择信任顾客，反而把客户都当作偷肥皂的贼。

经理和前台服务员都非常友善，热心。我们在素坤逸路16号公寓住了9晚，住得特别舒适。第一天我的卡出了点问题，他们特别好，等了我一整天才付成款。酒店很靠近中心位置，购物商场挺近的。我的曼谷之行最棒的部分就是这家公寓酒店了。

We are very happy to hear that the services we rendered met your needs and expectations. For sure our entire hotel staff enjoyed catering to your needs as much as you enjoyed your stay. Glad to hear that they made your feel at home. This is really one of the things that we try to maintain in our hotel. Also, we are pleased to know that you find our location to your liking. Our location is definitely one of the things we are very proud of about our hotel. 公寓很小，但价格便宜。 房间很干净整洁。 设有小型游泳池和健身室。 去MRT是很短的距离，大约5分钟。 去BTS时间很长，约15分钟。 附近没有更多的食物摊子。 如果你想在午夜吃饭，你只有一个选择的餐厅“Food land”或便利店。 你也步行约10分钟。 无论如何，公寓经济价格也合理。

We are glad that overall your Like S16 experience was positive. We are pleased that we met your expectations in our 65 sq.m. suite which offers comfort and privacy, with a full array of amenities that make your stay productive and memorable. We designed these spacious rooms with the perfect combinations of elegance and comfort with a pinch of sophistication. However, we are very sorry to hear that you find our location was not up to par. But actually, we have a shortcut route just a 4-minute walk from Queen Sirikit MRT Station which is accessible to any leisure and activity you're looking for. We sincerely apologize if you didn't know this direction in advance. On your next visit, we are happy to share with you a sample itinerary that will help you maximize your stay in our property especially for foodtrips and hubs. Thank you for reaching us out. 我刚在一套两居室公寓里住了10天。总的来说，房间非常舒适，每天都提供房间服务。公寓提供了有限的餐具和其他厨房用具，公寓非常宽敞，我们也有一台洗衣机。虽然步行到地铁需要5到10分钟，但乘坐花50泰铢出租车或花10泰铢乘坐摩托车可以到轻轨站。我们经常从Terminal 21购物中心外的Asok乘坐一辆嘟嘟车，花100泰铢回家。总的来说，16号公寓的价格与住宿水平相当。工作人员都很和蔼可亲，尤其是每天晚上都在那里的那位年轻绅士。这一地区还有很多当地餐馆。我们非常享受在这里的住宿。

In regards with your enquiry, no meal is included in our room rate. But you can request for a breakfast 200 THB per meal. Thank you!
