Все чисто, номера довольно простые. Но сделано все очень просто, без каких-либо изысков. Расположены апартаменты даже относительно в центре. Сервис очень приятный, персонал предупредительный. А главное цена очень и очень дешевая

Despite traveling 100+ days a year, I very rarely write negative reviews. In most cases of a bad experience, I'm willing to consider that something just went wrong and would be fine for other travelers.
In this case, sadly, I am spending my time at the Ulaan Bataar airport (it's not bad, actually) letting fellow travelers know NOT to stay at this guesthouse or any of the related ones owned by this guy.
I had a confirmed reservation and an email saying that an airport pick-up would be waiting. There was no one with a sign, so after waiting 20 minutes, I arranged to take my own taxi. No big deal, at least at first.
At the guesthouse I was checked into a single room, which was your fairly typical guesthouse room - nothing to write home about, but nothing terrible.
I paid the bill and prepared to go to sleep, but then the staff knocked on the door and told me I had to leave because I did not have a reservation and someone else needed the room. It was after midnight by this point.
I showed them a printout of the email listing my confirmed reservation for the same night, but they refused to listen. After 20 minutes of arguing, I was put out on the street close to 1:00 a.m.
Seriously, I could not believe this. Everything worked out fine and I took care of myself, but I owe it to the rest of you coming to beautiful Mongolia to avoid this place. You will do better at any other number of guesthouses in the city.

Really nice, silent, cheap, centrally located place. Temuujin was very helpful and also organizes cheapest and most interesting local and international tours. He told us that he have 8 apartments around State Department Store in UB. We r visited six of them. We calculated that he can accomodate up to 80 people per night which was really surprising, we stayed 8 nights probably in the biggest guest house in Mongolia. We would definitely recommend to stay here. He and his guides are always in the train station, look out for the people holding signs with their blue logo and name. I took one from their website to show you.

Discovered Temuujin's guesthouse by accident while roaming the centre of UB looking for someplace with a nice private room for a few nights. I stayed in a big comfortable clean room in a three-bed apartment, which I shared with two other people. The apartment was located on Peace Avenue, right next to the guesthouse and just a block away from the State Department Store. I paid $15 a night, which was really good value for a room in such a nice central apartment. Temuujin was very helpful and also organizes tours. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
