Please allow me to apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay and would like to address your concerns. Concerning the key cards, we had a shortage of sustainable keys, so we could not provide one key per guest in the room. I understand this was very uncomfortable. Please be assured that we received our new key cards already, this problem should not happen again. Also, I apologize for the condition of the towels you used and the general condition of the room. It is certainly not up to our standards. I have already talked to our housekeeping manager who took note of your feedback and will ensure that our housekeeping team pays extra attention to the quality and cleanliness of our towels. I have shared the air-conditioning, drain and soundproofing issue you have mentioned to our Engineering team for the necessary improvements and immediate action. Finally, we are currently considering adding new channels to our TV programs. Your feedback will be of a great help to improve this service. Despite these inconveniences, I would like to thank you for your high appreciation concerning our staff, especially Brian. They work hard to deliver a perfect service every day and I am glad that they were able to assist you with kindness.
