The hotel is located close to main attractions (Seg and nearby Electronics Market, and Luohu Commercial city Plaza, particularly for shoppers). I found the hotel neat and with very friendly staff. The front desk officials were amazing particularly Miss Luna took great care of us. Great choice for smokers.

Great hotel great rooms but oh my the restaurant service a disaster !! No English, wrong orders, no soft drinks available and a blue menu with 'sold out' on 50% or more of the menu items !! Breakfast was good though! Location a bit out but ok for this trip

We used to book Holiday Inn when I traveled to SZ. The one we used to book (Holiday Inn Shenzhen Luohu) is no longer available on the website (maybe closed?!).
This is our first time staying at this Holiday Inn hotel which is near the Cuizhu station, it takes about 4-6 mins walking distance from the MTR station. This is closed to resident areas and with quite a lot of construction site, transportation is convenient as take 2-3 MTR stops to tourist spots and shopping mall. It’s also closed to Luohu MTR line.
The staff are attentive and helpful. Mr Zhou check-in for us and call to room to check if everything’s ok in the room, very caring. We had problem with the room key and came across the staff in the lift, they are willing to offer help to fix our key.
Breakfast is nice, wide variety but better to go early to avoid the peak time. CP is high, worth to stay.
