We stayed from July 1-4 Out of 3 elevators the most working the entire stay was 2. Most of the time it was down to 1. As shown in the photo. We waited an hour that day. Some days we chose to take the stairs up to floor 5 or 6 to attempt to get on, it was the only way to avoid waiting an hour or longer. They claim to avoid peak times, ALL times are peak times when you have 1 or 2 Elevators! Upon checkout on the 4th, we waited 20 minutes for one and only one opened and everytime it was full. So in order to catch our Uber and Train we had to carry our luggage down 22 flights of stairs! We asked for a manager to give us a call, because we deserve a partial refund for the inconvenience. No one has called and today is the 5th at 7:30pm. If asked if I recommend this hotel I would simply say No, due to no reimbursement for the HUGE inconvenience, I wouldn't stay there again. Today we all have to work, and our entire bodies are in pain from those stairs!! The price you pay for the room, you would think guests would be treated better & when there is a huge inconvenience as such they would at least offer you something. **We met a few other people who have stayed there before because they have a timeshare, and they said the elevators have been like that for years off and on now!***…
Stayed here for 4 nights. This was our first time and the room, amenities were great. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony of the 15th floor with my morning coffee. The only complains are parking was $15.00 a day which we thought was a little steep. THE ELEVATORS ARE HORRIBLE. SOMETIMES WAITED OVER HALF AN HOUR. UPON CHECK OUT, IT NEVER CAME AND WE HAD TO WALK FROM 15TH FLOOR DOWN TO 6TH TO OUR CAR WITH A HEAVY SUITCASE. I AM A SENIOR WITH A BAD KNEE! Also, the salespeople are a little pushy and try to make you go to the timeshare presentation, and we did not. If they would fix the elevator problem, we will stay again.
Had a very fun time in AC. Room was very nice, kitchen is trimmed well with plates, utensils, etc, nice location, easy short walk to the boardwalk. The elevator situation is baffling. Miserable for guests. The check-in, maintenance, and housekeeping staff are very friendly and hard working. Do not believe they enjoy waiting while trying to get work done on a busy day. Do not believe any of the staff enjoying listening to the guest complaints. Why aren't the elevators fixed? Supply chain issues? Poor facility management? Very unfortunate that elevators can take the joy out of the property. Until the elevators are properly fixed, I would not stay here with an elderly relative or young children, if I needed to dress up/wear heels, or if I needed to be able to go up and down frequently. Timeshare marketing needs a re-boot, the used car salesman spiel is passe. People are not dumb, get to the point and make up a scenario that comes close to being feasible. The point of timeshare is to sell vacations, hard sell with those elevators. Overall, Wyndham was very nice and had a great time in AC.…
Stayed for 3 nights during a tour of USA / Canada. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Our suite was specious & clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Was also in a great position, within walking distance of the Atlantic City boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and if passing through again, we would return.
The stay was a Mother's Day gift to my mom and the promotional department receptionist and marketing manager were rude, ignorant and arrogant. Will NEVER stay here again! My mom was treated so unprofessional.
