We were recommended this motel by our friends who live in Dili, well priced and breakfast is available if required, free laundry service is a bonus, also free Wi-Fi and the rooms are large and clean. No fridge in the room but one is available in the communal kitchen, there is a long flight of stairs up from the street which could be a problem for some people

A colleagues and I stayed there during a recent business trip. The hotel is new and they are still finding their feet in terms of guest services. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the rooms were big and new but there was evidence of poor construction, flooding showers. Internet is advertised but its a portable modem service and when mine ran out of credit it wasn't re-charged. The hotel is poorly located in the backstreets well away from Beach Road and other services and restaurants. The yellow cabs that serve the area are disgusting and absolute wrecks, no metres and drivers try and rip off the expats. Blue cabs are the only way to travel. Apart from cabs you have to walk and its a long hot dusty walk to anywhere.
