The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop and is a 5-minute walk from the highway bus station inside a modern shopping mall. There are two Daiwa Roynet hotels at the same location, one is near the main road while the Ginzadori, a newer one, is just a stone's throw away.
There are many eateries and bars near the hotel; thus it could be rather boisterous and noisy at night, particularly during weekend. So, it'd be better to ask for a room on a higher floor. As the hotel was rather new, everything in the room was very new and spotless clean. The twin room was of good size by Japan standards.
What makes our stay memorable was the warm and friendly services given by the staff members in the reception. We wanted to show our special appreciation to a staff member (who spoke Mandarin) who had helped us so much in finding transport information to a remote shrine outside the city. Without her help, we probably wouldn't be able to go there on our own.

安定のダイワロイネットでした。比較的新しいホテルでもあり、設備もきれいで良かったです。
ただ、繁華街にあるので仕方ないのですか、夜中目の前の道路で騒ぐ人たちがいて、ホテルには何ら問題ないのですが、それだけが残念でした。

バスセンターや市電の停留所から徒歩５分程度の立地。
２階がフロントで１階にはセブンイレブン。
部屋は広々していて足元までガラスがある大きな窓のおかげで明るい。
エアコンは最新の液晶タッチパネル制御。
２枚目の写真のように、ちょっと良いホテルのバーカウンターみたいなカフェコーナーがおしゃれ。隣はベンチ状になっていて、奥は気の利いた、靴の脱ぎ履きようの椅子。
アメニティも良いものを使っていてベッドも最高の寝心地。
とても気に入ったので、近いうちに再訪したいです。

Right in the city center. This business hotel is in center of everthing. There is a 7-11 store at the ground floor. Automoatic parking service is provided with a small fee. Room is consider large for japanese hotel. Good breakfast with a choice of japanese or western set menu.

フロントは二階にありました。一階はセブンイレブンです。
ホテル併設の立体駐車場は台数が少なく、満車になると、提携駐車場がとても遠くでした。
青空駐車場が一台空いていましたが、止めさせてくれませんでした。
提携以外の駐車場は近くにありました。
風呂場が浴槽と洗い場があってよいです。
部屋は広くないです。
フロントが渋滞している時が多い。
一階にセブンイレブンがあって、便利でした。
飲み屋街が近いので、外食の際は歩いていけて便利です。
