Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent trip to Okinawa. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the comfortable space of your room. We do have a few rooms where the bathroom and shower/tub are located separately allowing more room so please be sure to request a “premium twin” room during you next visit and we will book you accordingly depending on availability. Our hotel also has both smoking and non-smoking type rooms. Although we are unable to guarantee the availability, you can request a non-smoking type room, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our housekeeping staff does conduct normal cleaning procedures for smoking rooms to address odor issues in smoking rooms. Regarding your breakfast dining experience, the meal is normally served in our Palace Court hall (tile floor) so we are pleased to hear that you had the unique opportunity to experience some Japanese tradition. Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Hotel Sun Palace Kyuyokan. We apologize for the experience you had with the condition of your room. Perhaps our staff did not properly provide you with information upon arrival; although not guaranteed, it is possible to request and be moved to a non-smoking room during check in. We also have air filters/cleaners available that can be placed in the rooms upon request.
