1) 去關西機場的車票不能預先購買一定要當天買, 這完全是可以解決的問題, 但仍不思改進 2) 門口負責指導大家上車的人員完全不懂英文無法溝通 3) 大清早的頭上就不斷發出噪音, 類似客房整理的聲音, 擾人清夢

I am really sorry to read your feedback and I understand your disappointment with regard to the purchasing of bus tickets for Kansai International Airport and that you were not able to sleep in the early morning due to noise coming from surrounding areas. Sufficient sleep promotes good health therefore I will work closely with the team to identify ways to ensure that our rooms and surrounding areas are peaceful during the hours of rest. . 這家酒店的房間比我住在東京、京都和奈良的房間都要大。工作人員非常好。一切都無可挑剔。唯一的問題是它有點偏僻。這兒有一個地鐵站,但距離酒店大約要走10分鐘。酒店提供前往大阪站和環球影城的免費班車服務。 機場班車在這裡有一站。但是,如果你需要在趕着非常早去機場,那麼最好是先坐出租車前往Namba Nankai站然後再乘坐列車前往機場。這樣代替乘坐出租車到機場,它最終一共可以節省100多美元。

It is so heartfelt and encouraging to read your feedback in particular about our spacious guest rooms, and the wonderful service extended to your by our team of dedicated hosts. On the other hand, we apologize for the inconvenience caused due to our location. Our daily shuttle buses to Universal Studio’s and downtown Umeda help our guests stay connected to the city, however we need to look at ways to improve access to and from the hotel both in the early and late hours of the day. I can certainly understand your frustration and will work closely with the team to improve this experience for our guests. madpharm2015, we do hope to have the chance to welcome you back to Hyatt Regency Osaka should your future travel plans bring you this way. 我想說這裏的床很舒服,但枕頭比我平時睡得要軟一些。卧室的環境很好。我建議大家在班車發車前至少10分鐘到達,因為它可能會滿員,尤其是在周末的時候。班車每30分鐘一班,所以如果車滿員了,客人必須再等30分鐘才能坐上車花25分鐘到達大阪站。

在最後一天check out 之後,我的車電瓶沒電,無法發動.當下我很擔心趕不上飛機,和Hyatt員工反映後,他直接用自己的車,用兩根電線接到我車的電池和他的車的電池上,車子可以順利發動,我也可以趕上飛機回家了.Hyatt 員工真棒.
