The rooms are nice. (The place is newly built.) The staff is for the most part friendly. ( By far my favorite being the gentleman who provides room service on the 17th floor.) After staying three nights we decided to extend our stay for an additional 8 days. That was a mistake . When we returned from one day away from the hotel to start our longer stay we were forced into an inferior room. After speaking with the manager we were informed that our room was unavailable and there was no room of the same quality available without paying extra. We refused . We then spent the rest of the night and next day arguing about the room with the end result we received a room next to our previous room at the same rate. By then the damage had been down and I advise no one to stay here.
