做得很好！！！

服務水平參差不齊

我剛回到家。在佩拉斯特的Iberostar酒店住了一個星期，那真的是太完美了，我沒辦法去挑剔什麼。這裏的員工很聰明，十分關注細節，待人友好，滿懷熱情。尤其是博格丹（Bogdan）這名餐廳員工，工作十分出色，讓我媽媽的生日變得與眾不同。他送我們一瓶香檳和一個蛋糕。每天早上，我們在陽台上吃早餐時候，都能俯瞰港灣。我覺得那讓我很放鬆。此外，我們也有很多選擇。遊泳池和湖邊曬日光浴的地方很漂亮，我們總是會躺在躺椅上。我覺得唯一一件還可以加強監管的事情，就是那些閑逛進來自拍的遊客。他們的行為讓我有點煩。我覺得在這個區域建一個大門阻止他們進來，會是個不錯的選擇。酒店的房間很漂亮，很寬敞，配有步入式衣帽間，超大的浴室，獨立淋浴，非常現代化。晚上，員工做夜床服務的時候會送一個小蛋糕，感覺不錯。水療區很不錯，蒸氣很舒服，按摩一流，還有，一定要試試熱石。我們在這裏住的很開心，身心放鬆。並向所有想要在黑山共和國度過美好時光的人和享受無微不至的服務的人推薦這家酒店和佩拉斯特美麗的地區。

極好的酒店

在科托爾鎮的一家公寓住了4晚后，我和我丈夫來到了可愛的小鎮佩爾薩，有什麼區別呢？這是一個很棒的地方，我們愛它所有的一切,從入住的一杯歡迎香檳，到友好的、給予幫助的結賬退房，酒店的一切都是一流的，早餐有如此多種類的、新鮮煮熟了的菜單選項，烹飪得非常完美，也有傑出的冷食選擇。我們花了很多傍晚在水療中心，在炎熱的一天結束后，室內遊泳池非常受歡迎，那是一個可愛的、讓人放鬆的地方,我們設法在戶外遊泳池度過最後一天，有點擁擠，因為日光浴床之間相當接近，泳池有非常好的景色，但是需要勇敢一點,而且要快速進入泳池，因為它很冷,我們住的是一個高級客房，很溫馨，有非常舒適的床,但如果有一把椅子能坐的話會更好,只有一個缺點，那就是我們不能享受可愛的淋浴，因為水流得不夠快,淹沒了浴室,所以我們必須洗得很快。晚上當我們回到我們的房間，每個人都會有一瓶新鮮的水，每個盤子里都會有一塊巧克力，這個舉動非常好，總的來說，是一家一流的酒店，我們會再回去的。

Is there free car parking for hotel guests? Thanks

Yes, there is. Just on the entrance of the city and then boys with buggy car come to pick you up:)

My wife and I visited perast just prior to hotel opening and said we would return as it is a stunning setting so we have decided to stay for 10 nights next August can you please advise me of transfer time from Dubrovnik airport Thanks Raymond

Hotel has it’s own transportation, so in case you need a transfer from Dubrovnik to Perast you can just contact them and they will arrange it for you :)

Are there any local buses that stop in Perast? Do the Deluxe double rooms have kettles? Thank you.

Yes there is a local bus that stops nearby (every hour). It costs 3 euros one way to Kotor (about a 1 hour journey). A better option is an electric passenger boat which also leaves Perast a couple of times a day - also 3 euros to Kotor - much more scenic - takes 50 mins. We had an electric kettle in our room which I think was a standard room. Suggest you bring your own tea bags and biscuits....

We are thinking of booking next June. How can I make sure I don’t get a room that faces a wall or has no outlook at all Which are the rooms that have the best outlook or even a side seaview

Just approach the reception ahead of your visit. Book a seaview room, there are no side view rooms that I am aware of.
