These condos are in great need of repairs. The condo we rented had leaky pipes in the kitchen. Repairs took 6 weeks to complete. Leaks in the washroom followed and then again in the kitchen. We left 2 months early because repairs were not being made. Other condos were in the same condition. Upgrades to appliances, furniture and curtains are desperately required. The photos online were very deceiving.
2 Stockwerke mit 3 Schlafzimmern, eins mit Yacuzzi. 3 Duschen, 4 Toiletten. 1 Terasse unten. 1 Sonnenterrasse oben. 4 x TV , riesiges Wohnzimmer und Küche. Ca. 140 qm. Großer Pool. Direkt am Meer ! 5 Minuten ins Zentrum von Sosua. 10 Minuten an Sosua Beach.
This place is nice from the rooms to the bathrooms, from the pool to the garden. everything is clean and well kept. This place is quiet and wifi is reliable*** (very important if you need/prefer to work while taking some days off in the Caribbean). The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and the staff is attentive.
Would be perfect if the have a restaurant inside the complex, but unfortunately they don't.

This place is beautiful. Nice spacious two bedrooms with modern features and well maintained. However, the bath tub in the second bedroom is child size so everyone may have to use the one by the master bedroom. The condos are located next to a private beach in a quiet neighborhood and less then a ten minute walk to the bars and club. The staff is very friendly and will make your stay an enjoyable one. The only problem I had was contacting them to book the room but I later found out that this is the new building management company trying to fix the mistakes made by their predecessors. This should be fixed soon.
