Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti in un appartamento di questo magnifico grattacielo. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi riguardo alle informazioni riportate su Booking.com. intanto dovevamo avere un letto in più,invece c'erano due divani e neppure letto. Il secondo inconveniente la pulizia che doveva essere giornaliera era solo finale. Dopo le nostre proteste ci hanno risarcito di 200 dollari. Nonostante ciò il posto è magnifico soprattutto nelle sale comuni. 2 palestre,piscina, sala Ping pong, sala biliardo ecc.

Great penthouse apartment, pool fitness and concierge. Location is downtown so not near all the tourist attractions but the metro or uber will get you where you want very quickly. Local restaurants are great and many supermarkets to stock up on food and beer.

Buyer Beware, Very Sad!

This company took the advertising off of the Watermarke Tower website. The advertising of the unit is not applicable to the unit I rented. As advertised and not received: No private balcony (no balcony at all), no walk in closets, no fireplace. I had to meet a spanish only speaking maid in the alley to retrieve the key to the unit. No explanation on where to park or how to get into the building...I never met any representative at all. I asked for my money back to stay somewhere else within 2 hours of my first day and jetluxuryrentals aka jetpad homes, refused would not refund my money. False advertising, dirty unit, appliances did not work; water filter needed to be changed, fan did not work green light on the remote but not functioning at all, air conditioner did not work, I called the cable company, direct tv, they explained the bill was not paid and that is why there was no t.v. available, wet and mildew smelling linens/towels, hair on the floor in the bathroom. My security deposit was not returned for over a month.
