As we continue to make adjustments to our offerings to align with evolving guidelines, your feedback is much appreciated. 在洛杉矶停留二天也是住这间酒店，订酒店时也得知它有百年，选择是因位于市中心及价钱，但到达酒店时及房间时，便觉得十分超值，房间十分大！装修典雅！大床很舒服！酒店大堂非常华丽，旁边有宴会厅！酒吧！还有一个历史相片走廊！令人觉得走进时光倒流七十年的场景中！

我们八月份住在洛杉矶比特摩尔千禧酒店。读了几篇不可靠的评论后，我不知道该期待什么。我是上午11点到达的，提前办理了入住手续，这很好。工作人员非常友好。我们的房间又大又漂亮，可以俯瞰珀斯金广场。唯一的缺点是，洗澡的时候水顶多也只是温水，浴室的门也关不上，但我没有抱怨，因为我对这个房间很满意。这家酒店历史悠久，四处看看，令人惊叹。我们使用第七街地铁站，因为我读到的评论说，珀斯金街有点令人生畏，在拐角处，步行只需5/10分钟，非常适合搭乘前往好莱坞的红线，或者去圣莫尼卡的世博线。

Dear Irishreview16, Thank you for your review! We always appreciate feedback, so thank you for making the time. Although you noticed inconsistency in comments, thank you for experiencing for yourself. I know I can relate when looking over options for leisure and pleasure online. Platforms such as these and social media carry such an impact on decision making. At the end, the person going to the venue and experiencing for themselves is always best as we are all different. I am happy to know you found great satisfaction with your visit. I do notice that there was areas were we could of done better. Next time, please share with Guest Services when staying with us. 酒店房间很漂亮，床很舒服，酒店本身作为一幢有历史的动人建筑，其风格参考了一部分好莱坞元素。让我感到奇怪的是，在这样一个地段的酒店，很少有关于游客观光的信息，前台也没有什么宣传页。

Dear Angie W, Thank you for your review. I notice the exclamation point when mentioning Facilities Fee. Not sure if this was a factor towards us not fully providing the best visit possible, but if possible please share further by contacting me directly. Guest feedback is valuable to us. We are here for you. Our intention is to provide the best environment matched with great services at great value. Honesty is something we welcome at anytime, so I hope you can allow me the opportunity to know more. Adding about sightseeing, I'm sorry to hear there was little information provided. Our concierge is located at our Main Lobby from 7am - 10pm PST. Sharing this information is expected from our Guest Services during registration and I sincerely apologize if this point was not shared. Your review will be share with team members as a refresher for guest expectations. I thank you for sharing and once more apologize for the areas that missed on your expectations. 我们最近住在这里，这是一间很不错的酒店，位于洛杉矶市中心。不幸的是，市区环境并不漂亮，我们也不觉得舒适。我们在几个月前完成了酒店预定，并在一个月前多预定了两晚。前台的Sassy女士说我们必须带着身份证在两天后办理离店手续，然后再重新办一次入住手续，住的还是同一间房（即使酒店和我们都已经确定会再住两天）-不能理解！！！完全没有常理-态度还很差！

Dear 540vickit, Thank you for your note. I am sorry for the inconvenience created. You chose our location in advance likely for leisure and pleasure activities. The time we want you spending it out there creating unforgettable memories is valuable. I can imagine how having to return to Front Desk and repeat a process that you just went through can be inconvenient. There are steps we take to make the process seamless and efficient, but appears we missed the intention. What's more concerning is how we made you feel.
