Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The correct department has been made aware of this. This is definitely not the experience that we like to provide to our guests and we are sorry that this happened. We hope that if your travels bring you back to the Woodland Hills area, you will give us at Warner Center Marriott a chance to redeem our selves.

我过去经常来这里出差，真的很享受这里为万豪旅享家会员提供的便利设施，但是现在他们减少了早餐和休闲服务，为此我以后可能会去其他地方了。这听起来可能微不足道，但这些服务确实能让你在这里过得很好。既然管理层已经决定削减开支，那现在的酒店就只是感觉还凑活。

In addition to a renovation of the hotel, we are in the process of changing and revitalizing our breakfast buffet. 这家万豪酒店方便购物也很干净。他们翻新了餐厅和大厅，还有一家很大的星巴克。让这家酒店与众不同的是这里的非常棒的工作人员---前台、餐厅女招待、餐厅服务员、行李生、客房服务员，每一位都非常友善并乐于提供帮助。我们享受了停车服务和新鲜又美味的自助早餐，包括新鲜水果、格兰诺拉麦片、酸奶、现做的煎蛋和华夫饼。希望能再次入住。

订了一张大床但给的是2张床，我妻子和我太累了不想去投诉，他们没做好。我给他们多一次机会，如果还做不好我不会再来了。不好意思没有照片，这只是一家普通的万豪酒店，有一个新的M俱乐部。我是永久钛金会员，过去14年住了接近1000晚，有Marriott CC和在毛伊岛的个人legacy week以及目的地俱乐部积分。万豪知道我怎么入住和订什么房型。他们也知道所有关于我的住宿偏好。

If you are a Marriott member, you can include preferences in your profile. If not,I contact the hotel and make the several requests, including the following: high floor; quiet room; away from elevator and ice machine; hotel side away from traffic. Usually, my requests are honored. Actually, the hotel is in a relatively quiet area. Make certain you understand how to get in/out of the parking lot; husband and I were late for an important event because we had trouble exiting the lot.

Yes it does
I would recommend staying at one of the Universal Hollywood hotels if you are going to go to Universal Studios, because driving in LA is brutal, especially after walking around an amusement park all day. I would place driving in LA directly under waterboarding and that traffic can be at midnight, too. From the Warner Marriott, you're looking at an hour easy and sometimes more. That beach is about a half an hour, but it's not too bad in terms of traffic.
