酒店靠近机场，有班车往来接送，大约10分钟时间可以到达，十分方便。酒店大楼虽然有些陈旧，不过内部设施维护良好，应该有过定期更新设施。房间面积宽敞，十分舒适。

我选择这酒店的原因是国际知名品牌, 价格合理和提供免费机场接驳, 可惜有些失望, 最主要因为早上9时退房后我等机场接驳车等了50分钟还没有车来, 同场累积了约20位客人在等车, 柜枱职员说班次是20至30分钟一架, 但她也不知道何时车来, 最后我自费用Uber出机场.

Jose at check in desk was very helpful giving ideas of where to eat, where to shop. The location is also good, near to the airport.
很好，Jose在前台给了我们很多有用的信息，比如说去哪里吃饭，哪里购物，此地点离飞机场近，适合赶飞机的旅客。谢谢推荐入住，不过噪音有点大，楼上视野开阔，可以看到飞机起降。

Next time please request a lower odd-numbered room and we will do our best to honor that request. That side of the hotel tends to be a little quieter. 这个酒店较新，房间舒适。可是，酒店穿梭巴士频率低，晚上来到的话要等很久才有酒店穿梭巴士，比其他的酒店。附近没什么餐厅和商店。

我们7月31号住进该酒店，酒店离机场非常近，到机场国际出发厅只有10分钟的行车距离。酒店的设施不错，最重要的是服务非常好，因为我是赶8月1号凌晨1点35的飞机，所以31晚上11点多的摆渡车到机场，匆匆忙忙下车结果把背包落在了酒店的摆渡车上。背包上有电池以及笔记本电脑非常不适宜发送快递，在我发邮件到酒店售后部门时，工作人员Jovie非常负责任地从头到尾与我沟通，并帮忙找到最合适的方式，使已回到中国的我仍能顺利拿到遗失的背包。真的非常感谢Jovie Nitshke，和security supervisor, Mr. David Castaneda的共同努力，以后再来洛杉矶，一定还会入住这个酒店。
I checking in July 31, This hotel has a fantastic position because it's very near to the airport. It only takes 10 minutes ride from the hotel to the Departure of los angeles international airport.
More importantly, the service in this hotel is great. When I was hurry for the airplane, I left my backpack on the shuttle bus when I dropped off. Because there was laptop and batteries of a gopro in the backpack, and I I am living outside the us,
it is very complicated if I ask the hotel to send back the backpack to me by carrier. Jovie in the Lost and Found and David, the security supervisor Kept contacting me through EMAIL until we found the best choice that we can get the backpack. Greatly thanks for their wonderful job and hospitality. Strongly recommend to all of guests who visit LAX.

Check in time is 3pm, but if we have room available we can get you checked in earlier.
I don't know they are part of the Marriot and under the IHG.
I actually walked because I love walking but I don’t recommend it with a heavy suitcase as the footpath is uneven and there was a random crazy person yelling at traffic blocking the footpath. It was about 20 minutes to walk and difficult to find the path that led to the street. Take the shuttle would be my advice.
The resort has restaurants, your also around multiple other hotels and they have restaurants but if your not into that an Uber trip for less than 10min away would get most anything your looking for
