因為我的岳父在附近做手術，所以住了兩晚。在我們訪問期間，我們對酒店和工作人員的態度感到驚喜。房間非常好，自助早餐非常好。早餐室有足夠的空間可以在用餐時散開，工作人員非常樂於助人。從酒店步行到醫院僅需2分鐘，無需乘車。雖然街對面有施工（實際上在他看來，這主要是完成工作），但在我們逗留期間根本不是問題。我們會很快回來。很棒的員工。我唯一要指出的是，我們接觸的客房服務人員不會說任何英語。客房服務是應要求提供的，但如果您需要額外的毛巾等，您只需提出要求即可。住了兩個晚上，這對我們來說不是問題。閱讀全文

My wife and I scheduled a three night stay at the hotel in November 2021.We reserved a two bedroom suite(room 221) since I was having surgery next door at Orlando Medical Center,and needed the space to isolate and recover before travelling home. I ended up staying in the hospital longer than planned and did not get to use the suite(fortunately). Upon arriving home, my wife broke out with bedbug bites. She contacted the front desk on a Sunday morning and sent pictures of the bites to the guest services representative. My wife was told the general manager would call the the next day. It has now been over a month and the hotel has not responded to our complaint.I can post the pictures to this site so that other potential guests avoid booking this hotel.

I decided to give the Towne Place Suites another try on this trip and was I ever surprised! Everything that I hadn't enjoyed the first time was corrected and them some. LaLa - GSR at the front desk was awesome! She was so welcoming and friendly that I considered staying an extra night! The Hotel is entirely finished and decorated for the Holidays and it is beautiful! Towne Place Suites definitely goes back on my go-to list of places to stay in Orlando.
