这不是一个住宿的好酒店。无线网在房间内无法连接，当我向前台要求时，他们显得有点粗鲁。早餐也不是很好，水在淋浴地区凝结了。房间很小，有恶臭。停车场很宽敞，附近有加油站。

Thanks for providing us with your feedback on the Motel. Telstra has experienced difficulties of recent months which has impacted on our Wifi Service however I do apologize if you felt staff seemed rude when explaining this. I am surprised you didn't like your Complimentary Continental Breakfast, guests usually tell us how much they enjoy it. I assume you booked our cheapest Upstairs Room. As yet we haven't commenced modifying these rooms. If you had mentioned your dislike of the room on first inspection we may have been able to change you to another room.

这家酒店就在高速公路边上，所有交通噪音很可能吵醒你，选其他地方吧。话虽如此，空调也很吵只不过被交通噪音淹没了。酒店很旧了，但是亲切的老板以及免费早餐弥补了这一切。

Thank you for sending through your feedback, we are looking at ways to reduce the noise factor especially with the A/C. Glad to hear you found the Management and staff friendly and the breakfast to your liking.

我们在机场预订之后他们来接我们。友善的职工和美味的早餐。房间很小，窗户没办法打开，导致空气没办法流通。空调是可以用的，但是有点吵闹。

The Motel is great for people like yourselves as we are the closest Motel to Avalon airport. We're glad you enjoyed your breakfast and you found the Management and Staff friendly. Thank you for your feedback, we are looking at ways of reducing the noise from the A/C for the future.

这儿的工作人员非常乐于助人。我们订了一个非常小的房间，但是麻雀虽小五脏俱全！房间没有特别干净，旅馆需要重新装修一下了。有句话说得好“一分钱一分货”。空调非常吵闹，街上的噪音也很大。如果你要来一定要选择远离街道的房间。旅馆的早餐很棒，WiFi信号很差，如果要用的话可能需要走出房间。

We are pleased you found our staff helpful and our breakfast good. The Owner and Management are looking at ways to renovate rooms in the near future. We appreciate the Wifi is not fantastic however there have been a number of provider issues recently which has impacted on the coverage within the motel. Thank you for your feedback.

我们一家四口人在这里住了一晚上。发现浴室很小也没有洗手盆。当你想睡觉的时候，发现房间里透出太多光线，很难入睡。这是一间旧式的汽车旅馆，对于一家人来说有点小了，两个人住会比较好。但是我们非常喜欢这里的免费早餐。

I am not sure, give them a call. when I called they were rude on the phone.
It's in the guest information book in the room.
no they don’t, they have it but the password is no where to be found in the rooms
