Quarto de casal minúsculo com cama sem lençóis, apenas um travesseiro para 2 pessoas e com um plástico em cima do colchão, além da janela ser permeável à entrada do frio da noite e dos mosquitos.
A casa de banho comum resume-se a um buraco no chão para as necessidades, não existindo um lavatório ou a possibilidade de tomar banho de chuveiro. Não existe papel higiénico, sabão ou toalhas.
O pequeno almoço resumiu-se a água quente para fazer café e a 4 pães sem nada para acompanhar (uma manteiga, uns miseros ovos ou doce). Enfim dos 140 paises que já visitei este alojamento está na lista dos piores. Nem em África!
Safa-se a simpatia do dono, mas que encolhe os ombros quando se relata as deficiências do alojamento.
Estranha é também as avaliações existentes e que só me podem levar a 2 conclusões: ou houve uma degradação brutal das condições do alojamento ou então está tudo doido!

Tem uma excelente localização.
As pessoas são simpaticas, recebem bem.
A vista é muita agradável, recomendo.

It was a peaceful stay with a nice cool temperature here. A place with basic facilities. Great view at their balcony. They can cater food for vegetarians. The toilet at the ground floor is clean. Tea, coffee and hot water are available. Recommended to bring your own water and sleeping bags.

This is a very quiet hotel, much in the local lifestyle. Early in the morning a woman lights the fires to begin cooking for the day. Meals are included and are usually communal as well as usually being vegetarian, rolls and coffee for breakfast, coffee and tea served all day, a noodle dish for lunch and a large spread of vegetables, eggs and rice for dinner. Meals are usually planned out around hiking schedules and will be waiting upon your return from the mountain. The rooms have electricity so you have light and outlets to charge from but the lights do not run 24 hours a day and the power does cut off. The bathrooms are very clean, but no not have running water, shower and toilet facilities are together. There are 2 or 3 so plenty of room and no waiting. Several style of rooms are available, group rooms or individual. The beds are thin mats, not full mattresses. I HIGHLY recommend you go prepared. Bring toilet paper, flash lights, snacks, an extra blanket, and soaps/hygiene items. While it sounds unaccommodating, I promise, it's not! The people are super friendly and helpful, the food delicious and the atmosphere of the hotel so peaceful. The views are amazing on the deck, there are several stray books around for travelers to read. In the main room is a book of different trails and maps that include a hike to a waterfall. Guides are available on request. I recommend getting a reservation in advance. I also recommend anyone with a disability NOT stay in this hotel as it does require you to use steps and some of the steps are not even.

The rooms are clean and the verandah is a great place to chill with views across the valley.
Lunch and dinner were great and very filling but we were quite disappointed to only get two plain bread rolls for breakfast after our early morning Mt Ramelau climb.

We drove a rental from eSilva whom we found to be a good company to rent from. You will need an all terrain four wheel drive and a little experience in wet weather and muddy conditions.
You can bus to a few near towns and walk or catch a ride with locals. For most ease, you can do the trip to Hato Bulico by tour guide but it is much more expensive.
