酒店不是最好的，我们是分时度假会员，别墅有东西坏了，我们打电话让酒店修理，但是他们并没有处理，厨房的橱柜上都有蚂蚁，我们有好几处需要修理的东西都没有得到处理。

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We are disappointed to learn that you may have had a less than satisfying experience. Cleanliness is of priority to us, and our housekeeping team is in place to ensure that each unit is up to par prior to your arrival. Pests are also not condoned in any way, and we routinely treat our units to ensure that they are not of concern during your visit. We hope that a member of our resort management was alerted to assist in addressing all your possible concerns. 要想在泳池边上占4把躺椅，你得定7点的闹钟。因为我是西门主人之一，所以可以进更大的赌场泳池。但是，那里的经理很抠，都不分享给我们wifi密码。来真的吗？我们的问题几分钟内就有人给解决，除了泳池边椅子少这一点。

酒店办理入住手续的工作人员非常友好，关心我家人的需求。 我的信用卡出了一点问题，但是也得到了解决。 一家6口人开了很长时间的车都没有什么耐心和共鸣了。到就很迟了，他们很同情我们。 房间很特别，很干净。 浴缸是我最需要的设施了！ 谢谢你，Westgate！ 我们再来加利福尼亚的话，我们只会选择你！

我们大约10点30分到达，检查我们的行李，然后检查一下。当我们的公寓准备好了，但入住时间是下午4点，感到惊喜。上午10点之前点了批萨，保安只是打电话来确认送货。整个时间都带着uber，只是向门卫展示了我的房间钥匙，这么简单。即使是周一早上，沃尔玛的班车也满了，但又安排了第二趟行程。大约有一个半小时的时间去购物。总的来说，这是非常放松的，安静的，没有太多的家庭。

我们采取了分时度假的方式，然后我们在这个度假胜地住下。你可能会想在韦斯特盖特酒店入住并登记注册。这只花了140美元。超值！4天3晚的时间里，他们带我们去了很多景点。绝对超值！度假村离唐人街很近,所以可能会特别容易饿。酒店位于弗拉明戈之外，所以很便利。只要几分钟就能到高速公路。我一定还会再去的!
