在天桥下的旅馆，在任何地方都是最吵闹的。当酒店正在装修的面积占酒店总面积的50%以上时，酒店就应该停止营业。如果他们停止营业，并不停地进行装修工作，就会花费更少的时间，而不会给客人带来不便。至少客人在预订或入住之前应该知道这一情况。

Dear George, Thank you for your constructive feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are sorry that you were disturbed by runway noise and that you were inconvenienced in any way by renovations here at the hotel. Ear plugs are always available for our guests' comfort. We hope that you will stay with us again after our renovations are completed and see all the improvements we are making.

我断定这个温度设置接近80度的恒温游泳池已经很久没有正常运行了，因为它冷得就像一块冰。一点也不夸张!枕头和上层床垫太软，而且也没有适合我腰背稍微硬一点的床。（更糟糕的是，我没能在温水游泳池里游泳!）

我真心喜欢这家酒店，很靠近拉斯维加斯的机场，真是一家完美的酒店。我打算告诉我的孩子们这家酒店。我们不喜欢住在主干道the Strip上，特别是最近那儿发生了大屠杀。不过这家酒店真的很完美。

为了机场接送，我们花了很多钱。这似乎是个好主意，晚点到达，提前离开。如果我们付得起车费，我们会住在别处。蒙德镇的价格是这里荒谬价格的一半。如果这家旅馆不那么过时，装修一下，我就不会介意了。优秀的员工和体面的班车。一楼的房间很吵。这是干净和基本的。早餐也一样。

Although it sounds like our airport shuttle was perfect for your needs, we are sorry that your room was a disappointment. We encourage all of our guests to reach out to us here at the front desk regarding any issues with noise so that we can promptly solve it. I think the coffee machine was one with little coffee packets you put in a plastic tray. It was not a keurig style. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 7.
I am not sure as I did not inquire since I was in my car. But, most BW's I have been to have had shuttles, so my best guess would be yes.
