While I am thoroughly pleased that you enjoyed our resort's prime location on the Strip and luxurious ambiance, It is regrettable to learn about your disappointments with other facets of your stay. I am saddened for your expressed displeasure with the pricing of certain offerings and that our service level fell short during your visit. It is wonderful to read about so many standout features to your stay, including our optimal location, the classic American dishes at ARIA Café, as well as the whimsical offerings at ARIA Patisserie. Whether our guests are craving something sweet or savory, ARIA Patisserie handcrafts daily menu items with the freshest seasonal ingredients.
