While I am thrilled you enjoyed our hotel and personalized service staff, I am surprised and disappointed to hear about the inconsistencies that occurred when following up on your incidental charges. It is true that we release this room authorization at the time of check-out, however, the funds can still take up to 7 - 10 business days to go back onto our guest's account based upon their financial institutions. My sincerest apologies for the level of service you were met with in this regard, and I can assure you I will be following up to ensure this is addressed.
