我因出差，要在纽约要待一晚，所以我的公司帮我订了这家酒店。它是长岛市新建的建筑，这里地理位置优越，靠近MTA线路，交通便利。房间有点小，但纽约的房间都是这样的。总体来说，酒店很现代化，装备有高科技设备，感觉很舒适。我要特别赞扬客房清理主管Francesca！她很友善，乐于助人。酒店应该因为有这样一位员工而感到幸运。如果你在纽约，想找一个比曼哈顿酒店更经济实惠的替代品，就来这里吧！

恨不错的住宿，前台的莎伦和阿曼达非常友好！很好的客户服务，他们很乐于助人。你可以看到他们喜欢自己的工作，并以帮助别人为荣。房间很干净，床也很舒服。位置很好，离所有火车都很近。然而，办公室里的罗恩却不乐意帮我结账。

我预定了“城市景观”房间，发现我看到的景色是街对面的一个古老公寓楼。我听说这确实是一个“城市景观”，我以前和夜班经理联系过，现在已经不在了，因为我丈夫和我都是残疾人，我想确定停车位。前台的人把我们换到一个阳台的房间，他们说只有两个房间。这是一个很好的房间，很小，但是可以看到曼哈顿的景色，像我所希望的那样。床很舒服，一切都很干净，客房服务早餐很好。如果你想把车停在小车库里，你必须在你到达的那一天打电话来——之前没人告诉过我这一点。这是很好的酒店，但是不令人愉快。

工作人员可以再友好点，前台和礼宾的人员，小声聊天，不及时迎接酒店的客人。酒店房间干净，离印度人区域近，就在曼哈顿附近，有7列车可以到。

我在旅馆住得很舒适。酒保Kiki、服务生/厨师Shavon、前台经理Bianca以及前台服务生Jean，大家的服务都很周到。他们真正让我感觉到宾至如归。强烈推荐住这家酒店。工作人员都非常出色，服务贴心，我宁愿待在酒店也不想回家了。

I never rent a car so I would not know about the parking. sorry, I could not be of further help.
Newark airport express to grand central then get on line 7 (purple) towards Queen/Flushing. Get off on Queensboro station. It can take 1-2 hr pending traffic
