1/2英寸的空间-一个门,欢迎下几个臭虫

Nightmare extended-stay not worth any amount of money. The cost, just for reference, was almost $300 a week. For starters, this isn't even a full service hotel/extended-stay. They open at 11am and close at 7pm. That should tell you enough right there. If you lock yourself out or lose your room key they charge you $10 bucks to call someone living on the property to come & unlock your door. Noise level is unreal. I had a family of 5 literally "living" next door, but they weren't the worst of my problems. Housekeeping is non-existent. They come once a week & they don't replace your towels--all 2 of them. Did I mention the smell? If you like smoking you'll fit in great here bc the 2 rooms I used reeked of cigarettes. Upon returning home, all of my unworn clothes smelled like an old, smoky bar. I honestly cannot find a positive thing to say and I'm trying very hard to find something. There are multiple locations which could be good I guess, but I wouldn't advise staying in any of them. I tried both the South & North Tryon locations and they were both awful. Each location charges a $50 dollar deposit and it takes about a week to be returned to your bank account if paying w/ a card. Cash is returned at the end of your stay. Bottom Line: If you're looking for an extended stay, keep looking. There's nothing positive to be gained from your stay here. If, however, you're participating in shady activities in which you'd like no one to notice, you'll probably fit right in!

Jack the owner/manager is concerned with the money. Don't come here unless you have no other choice. You can pay a mortgage for the cost of staying here. Noise complaints are not addressed, housekeeping will enter your room while you are in there and it's not the 1 day you get for "light cleaning." I was just getting out the shower when the woman opened my door wanting to know if I was stay another week. REALLY??? Upon check-in we were told the cheap, used, dirty towels/washcloths now belonged to us. Ha... Trashed!!! We've not had one peaceful night of rest the entire month. Thank God for my blessing of being able to leave within that 30 days. Find another place.

I have stayed at the in town suites before but this one, at 7706 north Tryon St, is by far the worst. Had somebody on maintenance come into my room and money and items of personal interest were gone. They checked the key card records and the maintenance crew were the only people in my room. They did nothing about it said sorry but we know nobody would ever do that. When you call the front desk it takes about 20 minutes for them to answer. At night my key wouldn't work to let me in my room try to find the security officer who is nowhere to be found and when you knock on the door no one comes. DO NOT COME HERE THE ONE UP THE STREET IS WAY BETTER. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

To the best of my knowledge you may enter your suit any time. You just won't have access to the front desk should you need assistance, have a question, etc. Those hours you mentioned pertain to the front desk. As long as you have your room key, you can come and go anytime that you please.
