We went to Morrisburg to visit the Upper Canada Village, and stayed in the St. Lawrence Bed & Breakfast. It's been a while since we went there, but I couldn't help making a comment about how nice it was. The owner, Gail, was so kind. The house is located along the river, and the St. Lawrence, at that point, is very beautiful. We really had a nice time there.
Perfect place to stay on your way from Toronto to Montréal. On the banks of St. Lawrence river. Super friendly hosts make time for a chat on the porch. Victorian charm house. The two guestrooms share a bathroom. There is also a cosy place to watch TV or a DVD or to read some magazines/books. Breakfast is excellent. First a dish with strawberries and other fruits. Then an omelette with cheese, small vegetables and toast. To finish a rhubarb crumble. Delicious ! The owners are also very child friendly. Parking space : plenty of private parking, without surcharge. Computer : we could use our hosts’ PC to send a quick email.
