在我们旅途的最后一站，我们在这里住了3个晚上。我们请求了3个早晨的叫醒电话，但是一个都没接到。有一天我们不得不叫来管家，重新打扫我们的房间，因为地板上都是垃圾和碎屑。还有一天我们在下午4点回到我们的房间，但是发现从昨晚开始就一直没打扫。非常差的家政管理。自助早餐很糟糕。有两天都没有位置可以坐，所有的桌子都很脏，这里甚至根本没有食物储备。我们不得不一直走，询问东西，例如盘子、餐具，当然那些售空的饮料和食物本该填满，但我们有时候得叫人来，重新弄，并清理桌面。

我们住在套房，而且舒舒服服地睡了六天。房间很漂亮，看起来很新，很宽敞。早餐是免费的，非常好。乐于助人的员工。优越的位置。距离赫尔希公园和附近许多餐馆不到2英里。肯定会再呆在这里。

Thank you for taking the time to post this; I can understand your frustrations. I know if I was calling and not having anyone pick up for that amount of time I would be upset. We did just roll out a new answering system at the end of last week, that will direct your call at the moment it rings, so I believe this will not be an issue going forward. As for the other items, these have been addressed with the appropriate individuals. When you're traveling with Marriott, you rightfully have a high expectation of the experience and the service at each hotel, and unfortunately we did not meet that with your stay, and I truly apologize. I hope you'll give us another opportunity the next time you're in town to show you that this isn't the norm. If you'd like to further discuss, I'm happy to be of assistance. Hello Denise! Yes the pool is available by time slot. Just visit our front desk during your stay and request an available time. The time slots are an hour at a time. The breakfast is still available with hot options! Thank you
Hello, while we do not provide complimentary shuttle service to the park, it's only 1 short mile away. We like to suggest uber or luxury lift of Hershey if you prefer not to drive.
