我的同事預訂了這個酒店，所以我沒有像平時一樣查看trip advisor。就在酒店旁邊有貨運列車，整晚運行。我能夠應付這個，因為我年輕一些的時候曾經住在火車站旁邊。然而，就在火車要進入隧道的時候，有的火車司機會鳴笛幾次，在凌晨三點時這有點煩人。設施良好，酒店靠近我要參加的商務會議。入住良好，工作人員非常樂於助人。退房不是那麼好，工作人員和一個同事聊了一會兒天，才來接待我。

Thank you very much for your feedback in reference to your recent stay at the Springhill Suites Pittsburgh Southside Works. I am sorry to hear that the nearby train disturbed you while a guest of the hotel. The next time that you plan a trip to the Pittsburgh Area, I would love the opportunity to have to stay at the property again. Please just contact the hotel and the team will do everything in their power to assign you a room over looking the river, away from the trains. Thank you again for you comments.

每二十分鐘就有火車從酒店旁邊經過，有時候次數多點，有時少點。每次火車過，窗子就會搖晃，給四星吧，因為前台員工（Sam和Lauren）非常好，幫我們換了一個更安靜的房間，雖然周末人很多，但是他們也幫了忙。一家人（2個小孩）住得很開心，房間乾淨，員工友好，這裏很安全，適合散步。

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the SpringHill Suites South Side! We appreciate you taking the time to let us know how your recent stay with us was. We do apologize that on your first night the noise did disturb you sleep. I am glad to hear that once the front desk did move your room location that you had a better stay with us. 酒店本身是很不錯的，很新，很乾凈。員工很優秀，非常樂於助人。我們本來的房間的暖氣系統有點問題，但換了房之後就沒問題了。早餐很棒，我們吃得好豐富。我會給這家酒店評很高的分數，除了有一點不足：這家酒店恰恰好建在一條鐵路的上方。為了減少噪聲騷擾，我們只好住在酒店北面高樓層的一個單號的房間里。雙號的房間都在南面。

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am happy to hear that our staff was able to assist you with your heater issue. We try our best to accommodate everyone's needs and make sure you feel right at home. I am sorry that you were disturbed by the train. If you are a light sleeper we recommend putting a request on your reservation that you would prefer away from the train or letting us know at check-in so that we can accommodate you as much as possible. We do our best to make our guests aware of this issue, I apologize if you were missed. Hope to see you the next time your travels bring you to Pittsburgh.

在你決定住在這裏的時候，有兩件關於酒店的事你需要知道。首先，真的，離火車軌道非常近，有火車通過的時候整個建築物都在震動，第二，這裡有停車位。但是不是免費的，(目前是十四美元每晚)。關於酒店的評論有兩方面：酒店本身和員工的表現。後者有能彌補所有問題的可能性，但彌補不了前者比較讓人不舒服的問題。如果你可以忍受火車問題,那麼你可能在這裏住的會相對快樂些。酒店乾淨，這裡有很多很棒的景色(主要是房間的位置)。而且，酒店整體的位置(在河邊兒，通過Hot Metal橋去到匹茲堡北邊很輕鬆方便)還不錯。員工們很隨和，討人喜歡，有效率。總而言之:從價值的角度來看,南部會有更好的酒店選擇。

I apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your most recent stay at the Springhill Suites Pittsburgh Southside. I am happy to hear that the staff was pleasant and your room was clean, but I apologize that the train kept you from enjoying your stay entirely. Our staff does their best to accommodate guests by placing them on the riverside of the building. If you are sensitive to noise we recommend that you request a room on that side of the hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot keep the train from blowing its horn. Once again I am sorry for the unpleasant experience and I hope that you will consider us the next time your travels bring you to Pittsburgh.
