My husband and I are handicapped.some of the parking places they are marked on the ground but no sign stating they ar handicapped parking, many people parked there with no sign for handicapped. I slipped and my granddaughter fell in the bathtub..They bought us a bath mat. There are hardly any plugs in the room. When there are four people in the room there should be enough plugs for at least two devices each. We were here for a pageant weekend. Many guest were loud. Sometimes so loud it sounded like it was in our room.

My review. Our recent stay at your Johnson City hotel, was what I would consider tense. Started as we walked in and was required to sign an additional form for group/team events and charging $250 extra if violations took place within the group. With being miles from a large sporting event/events, you are discriminating against a group that I would guess brings you a lot of revenue. With many of the teams choosing your facilities over others, I am guessing we brought in a lot more revenue then the stamp convention you hosted at the same time. Did they sign the same amended contract? Yes kids were in the halls, running around, playing in the back parking lot, but was anything destroyed? Many of your employees sure did act like it. Police called at least 2x. No violence occurred or illegal stuff took place. Again just added to the tension. The person arranging the block of rooms, 16, or better put $10k, got an email saying all the things we did wrong? This appeared to be a blasted email as other teams got the same when we asked how their stay was. By the way, we got a call too as she did not open the email quick enough. Here is what I say, if you want peace and quit, then choose not to be on the list for large sporting events or give blocks of rooms. Not saying let kids tear apart your hotel, but if managers can not handle large events then do one of two things; Only book a percent of your hotel or get better management. Understand you are dealing with a sport that has disposable income. That will spend $400 on a bat and will think nothing of it , and will be 1 of 4 they already have. You have a group of people that travel a lot and will now choose other chains of hotels based on one experience. We are not asking to allow groups to get out of control and cause damage or violence, but to be treated the same as any other patrons and not discriminated against them moment you walk in to the moment we thankfully left.…

Very rude management and staff at front desk. IHG should replace them. They were rude to our softball team and adults. If we sit in lobby we were told to go to our rooms, if we went out to parking lot they would come and threatened to kick us out, also called the law on us.We were playing a board game and some were sitting around talking. Our girls walked thru bar with adults and was screamed at to get out. Other teams had gathered in parking lot and the management did not say anything to them. Other teams gathered in lobby, again nothing from management. We were being harassed

On our way to Asheville, NC, my husband and I stopped for one night in Johnson City. The location was very convenient from the highway so we could stop in and get out very easily. There was also a lot of well-lit, free parking on site. We didn't stay very long, but check-in was very easy and the room was comfortable and clean. Check out in the morning was a breeze and there was a nearby McDonald's to stop at for coffee on our way out early the next morning. We would stay here again when on a road trip!

A decent hotel in a good area. Rooms were very clean and slept well. They do not offer a complementary breakfast but for five dollars you can purchase a breakfast ticket and dine in the downstairs restaurant. The food was OK but the service was extremely slow. Only one server working both mornings we stayed. Also, my biggest complaint was the smoking area was right at the front door. You could not get into the hotel without walking through sometimes a very congested smoking area. I do not know why they put this at the front door. I did not enjoy having to walk through all that smoke and even when there was not anyone sitting at the bench smoking you could still smell the stench of the ashtrays.
