我喜欢这里，五星好评！Keelan Thomas非常的好，从未遇见过如此好的人，很贴心并且免费升级房型。我承认这是我来到纽约经历的最好的一个酒店。我还想住更多的晚上，因为这里太好了。前台的人都很nice 。

1月底的时候我们一家四口住在这个酒店，入住的时候用信用卡授权了每间房间的押金，在退房离开纽约之后几天内就退回了。但是又发现了两笔分别大概100多美金的酒店扣款，我们的房费都是在入住之前网上飞猪付过了，也没有任何酒店内的消费。打电话给酒店确认这两笔钱，几次打电话工作人员说转接财务结果都在被转接之后挂断了！发邮件给酒店询问从来没有得到回复！现在正在跟信用卡公司联系解决！请各位入住得朋友小心～

We are sorry to learn that your questions have not yet been addressed, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. What you have described sounds like it may be the refundable deposit secured at check-in. If that is the case, the charge would have been refunded upon your departure and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank. If the charge is still visible after this time, we are eager to resolve this matter to minimize your inconvenience. Please forward your question and reservation details to us at nomadfom@arlohotels.com so that we may promptly look into your concerns. We hope that you enjoyed your time as our guest, and we apologize for the confusion that has since transpired. We are terribly sorry for the delay in responding to you, which is not reflective of our service standards and definitely not the experience we wish you'd had with us. 我和我的男朋友一起去的阿罗，留下了一段非常美好的回忆。在房间里放眼望去，景色非常漂亮。我们的前台服务人员安吉非常惹人喜爱。她帮助我们定了晚餐，告知我们酒店所提供的所有便利设施，后来我还得知，在我们到达之前，她提前在房间里帮我准备了一个非常棒的生日惊喜。毫无疑问，她完全超出了我的想象和预期，她在我们美妙的阿罗之行中扮演了不可或缺的重要角色。我们一定会再来的！
