总的来说，我们真的很喜欢这家酒店。他们把我们升到了41层，我们可以饱览帝国大厦和世贸中心一号大楼的美景。整个房间很简单，但很好，有咖啡机、冰箱和保险箱。没有冰或冰桶。我们给客房服务打电话的时候，没有人接电话。他们还提前关闭了厨房，所以我们不得不跑到Applebee 's，很幸运，就在酒店下面。时代广场酒店位置很好，位于市中心，离百老汇、美食和商店很近。我们最大的抱怨是通往大街的一部电梯坏了，只有一部还在运行，所以你不得不等很长时间，电梯里挤满了人。一旦那个坏了，他们必须把我们带到后面的服务电梯。然后你必须换电梯才能到你的房间(大厅大概在20层)。除此之外，我强烈推荐你去纽约旅游的时候住在这里，这样你就可以近距离接触一切。

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay at Hilton Times Square. I am glad to see you had a nice stay with us. We have fantastic views of New York City, with several focal points of Empire State or One World Trade Center but also just seeing the different heights of buildings or the water towers, is such a unique perspective of the city. I am sorry that you were unable to enjoy ice, as we do have ice buckets in each room and ice machines on each floor, but are always here to help should you feel like something was missing and happy to bring to you. Our food service (restaurant, bar and room service) does end at 10pm so this may have been reason for you being unable to get food but i am glad that you were able to find Applebees and our team is always happy to help with late night food recommendations. For the elevators, thank you for your patience and understanding and being fair with your words. The fact you would highly recommend our hotel is very important to us and that is what we strive for. 就我们想要参加的活动而言，我们找不到比住更方便的酒店了。酒店靠近时代广场，中央车站、音乐剧卡洛金音乐人生（ the Carole King Musical）的表演场地，以及我们预定的餐厅。就我们来说，酒店地理位置完美。如果想去曼哈顿游玩，那酒店所在的街区就有观光巴士站台。希尔顿酒店水准很高，这家希尔顿酒店也没有让我们失望。

我们从9月9日到14日住在这里37楼的一间角落大床房，过结婚纪念日之旅。市中心和帝国大厦的景色美极了。房间非常大。我们有一个冰箱，一台咖啡机，每天都备满（我们要求的），每天都有水，在我们纪念日那天，我们回来得到酒店一份很棒的点心和一张祝福纪念日快乐的卡片。这是个非常体贴的做法，永远不会忘记。前台员工，清洁员工，行李员都很出色。我们发现调酒师很粗鲁，一点也不友好。这让我们在别处寻觅晚间鸡尾酒。当你提前到达或延迟离开时（在办理入住之前或之后），你可以把你的行李留在楼下的行李寄存处。当我们的房间备好时，那是在午饭期间，前台工作人员给我们打了电话。这家酒店是时代广场，数百家一流餐厅，地铁，巴士线路，全天/整晚娱乐场所和“人生清单”的主要游览景点的理想位置，这一切都在步行范围内。之前的评论评价到，只有一部电梯可用（由于翻新），把你从主楼层带到21楼的大堂。它确实造成了不时地等待几分钟，但只要够电梯来回就可以了。最多几分钟。总的来说，我绝对会推荐这家酒店。谢谢希尔顿酒店让我们的结婚纪念日难以忘怀。

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay at Hilton Times Square. I am so happy to see you had such a nice stay and celebrating your anniversary with us. Our hotel offers lovely views, with downtown able to see Empire State Building, One World Trade and all the way downtown. Located between 7th and 8th Ave on 42nd street, we are at the center of subways, attractions and the buzz of Times Square right on our doorstep. i am glad that the reception, bellmen, concierge and accommodation teams made you feel welcome. Thank you for your feedback about the bar staff and will be actioned but I am sorry you didnt get a chance to try some of our fantastic cocktails. Hopefully on your next visit. 本周早些时候，我很高兴15年来第一次回到这家酒店。我当时正在市中心参加一个会议，但基于过去多次体验到这家酒店优质客户服务的经验，我还是选择了希尔顿时代广场酒店。我也喜欢酒店优越的位于中心的环境，以及到市中心和机场很方便(这些因素对我来说非常重要，因为我有视力障碍)。我能说的是，15年过去了，希尔顿时代广场酒店仍然没有辜负我的期望。在此之前和期间与我交流的所有工作人员都很友好，乐于助人。我想我内心深处还是个孩子，当我乘坐快速电梯从大街上迅速升上20多层楼到达酒店大堂时，我很喜欢这种感觉。我喜欢从40楼看到的景色，一边是哈德逊河，一边是时代广场的灯光。当我在FaceTime上向孩子们展示我房间里的景色时，他们的眼睛睁得大大的。我唯一的遗憾是，在这里住的时间太短了。我绝对会再来的，希望可以很快再见到大家。

正如酒店的名字所暗示的，没有哪家酒店比这家酒店更接近繁华的市中心了。考虑到与这种价格相同和其它品牌酒店，这里的价格偏高，但这附近有很多活动，位于市中心的位置也让它充满乐趣。尺寸合理的房间，我们很早就在这家酒店登记入住了。令人惊喜的是，从地铁站步行5分钟就能到达酒店，因为我们带着一个很大的行李箱。这是一个居住的好地方。

Most of the airports offer a bus service that would leave you about a block away for the hotel at Port Authority Bus Terminal. If you choose to take a taxi, our drop off location is on 41st Street. Either option would work.
