我在這裡住了一晚,地理位置優勝,位置方便鄰近時代廣場。但是房間衣櫃有異味,感覺不乾淨,檯面也沒有清潔好。我是accor的會員,但在checkout時才從櫃檯得悉因為沒有在他們官方網站訂房(我在hotels.com訂)就沒有得到分數。另外,checkin的事時候,櫃檯小姐沒有告知原來有welcome drinks such as coffee or tea.我是在checkout時,跟一位西方顧客聊天才知道。可能櫃檯小姐當時太忙,忘了吧,但工作人員應當對所有國籍的顧客態度應該一致吧,不應有些客人有,但有些客人沒有,這是要改善的地方。 只有門口的Lv 箱子值得拍照吧。。
