酒店位置絕佳，但不是那種典型的漢普頓酒店，房間非常小，因此對於家庭客人來說算不上是個好酒店。房間里也沒有漢普頓酒店具有代表性的舒適的床和床上用品。淋浴幾乎沒有水壓，馬桶座墊壞了，還要再說一次，房間非常小，而且早餐區和健身房也很小。另一方面，酒店的工作人員很贊，極為親切友好，樂於助人，他們絕對彌補了酒店需要希爾頓集團做些昇級改造的這個事實。另外，酒店地理位置完美，離炮台公園（Battery park）、地鐵口和一些很棒的餐館都只有幾步之遙。

優秀的客戶服務。位於紐約的好地方，靠近地鐵，位於安全地帶。晚上去附近的餐館吃飯，我覺得很舒服。房間有點小，但很乾凈，很寬敞。提供早餐，看起來還不錯。我會再住在這裏的。

這家酒店是位於非常便利的地理位置上的，你到自由女神像或歸零地遊覽都是很方便的，不需要乘坐出租車或優步的!這裏的停車地是很陡峭的!停車費用是每晚65美元的....我們是沒有得到優惠的。之前我們在旅遊城網站看到，這裏的停車費是為77美元的(可能是含稅的)，但沒有提到需要每晚都得支付的!另外，房間內的空調的位置是直接對着你的……空調的冷風是會直接吹向你的!這是使我睡不好覺的。

這是我們第一次來紐約，我們非常感激能住在金融區的這家酒店。從這裏到3個地鐵站和渡輪都很方便，遠離了熙熙攘攘的人群!這家酒店很舒適，早餐很棒，工作人員也很樂於助人，甚至在我們入住前後為我們存放行李!強烈推薦這家酒店!甚至晚上都很安靜!

在這裏住了8個晚上。我的房間既私密又安靜。工作人員非常樂於助人。我沒有要求，管家們主動給我留了床單。以前從來沒有過!我唯一不滿意的是大廳和電梯的溫度。大廳的門一打開，冷空氣就進來了。在電梯里或大廳里坐着都不舒服。這讓客人和前台工作人員感到不舒服。他們需要想出一個更好的解決辦法來防止冷空氣進入!
