我们在威基基逸林阿拉纳酒店住了4晚，最后一晚是依旧在这里度过的。工作人员亨利非常乐于助人。把我们升级到一个更好的房间，并免除了度假费用。亨利使我们的旅行圆满结束，我们终于能睡个好觉了。房间很干净，床也很舒服!

暖通空调系统能够制冷，但不能除湿。我知道这是一个潮湿的地区，但其他较新的酒店没有这个问题。在这家旅馆里，每个房间的暖通空调装置都是独立的，所以可能只是我的出了问题。潮湿的床单，潮湿的地毯，潮湿的文书工作…不舒服的一次体验。第一天我把这个问题反馈给酒店后……没有任何变化。祝你好运。

这里的工作人员很优秀。酒店的房间很好，但对用户不太友好。我订的是超大标准的城市景观房，房间里没有架子放化妆品，除了后面的厕所。浴室里只有一面镜子，没有柜台什么的，所以卷发器、化妆品等等这些东西都只能放在水槽里。

May I recommend you upgrading to one of our Alana Suites on your future visit as this would provide you additional bathroom and counter space for your toiletries. 住在这里的客人要小心。这家旅馆有霉菌。他们把我搬到两个不同的房间，两个房间都有黑霉菌。我的假期大部分时间都在生病，他们给我的补偿费用只有区区25美元。我不敢相信我飞了5000英里来接受这种不好的对待。去其他地方住吧。

尽管我是用电子方式登记入住的，但我还是不得不在前台停下来取我的数字密钥，结果钥匙坏了。电子方式退房也不管用，我不得不打电话给前台，确认他们帮我办理了退房手续（因为我已经离开酒店了）。

As a Diamond Elite we did get the $18 per person credit. It was good in the main restaurant (maybe called “The Tree”?) a coffee shop and the little shop next to the front desk (but not for the tins if Siybletree cookies which was disappointing.)
yes they have a restaurant in the hotel and there was a coffee shop right downstairs. It's also right next to a brewery, across the street from a food truck park and around the corner from a diner.
Aloha! We are happy to report that our improvement work has been completed.
No showers at the pool and the pool is very small
We were there in September of 2022. It was not bad then but we did not try to sleep during the day. I don't know what it's like now. Sorry.
