My daughter and I had a wonderful 10 day visit to this special resort. It’s located on a beautiful stretch of beach with multiple pools for everyone. Private adult pools, as well as family pools and even a water park. We enjoyed the food and beverages. The property is well-maintained and and had options for entertainment from sun up until 2 AM. Every day there was group exercise available to help offset the extra calories. From yoga to aqua pole there was something for everyone. I started each morning with breakfast aided by my favorite server, Benny. He was very gracious with fulfilling, my special requests. Three mornings I had the opportunity to eat breakfast with Pablo Picasso. He is one of the entertainers that goes above and beyond. Rene had the most amazing aqua Zumba moves. Concierge Jorge Calderon rapidly changed our transportation to the airport and offered us a late check out allowing us to enjoy a few more hours in paradise. We only ate at the French restaurant once. Our server, Enrique Gerardo, provided us with exquisite fine dining service. Our housekeeper, Marinellys, thoroughly, cleaned our room, and also provided special decoration. It was obvious she took pride in her work, and she was the sweetest lady. Lastly, I want to acknowledge.Dauly Joseph for being the best entertainer. He received the loudest applause every day at aqua Zumba. Es un hotel tradicional, con bonitas instalaciones, hecho para disfrutar en familia. Cuenta con un parque acuático con toboganes, para disfrutar grandes y chicos. Las piscinas son buenas y amplias. El hotel está bien ubicado lo que le permite un acceso fácil a la playa, playa que es espectacular. Lo que me faltó fue un mejor buffet, lo encontré fome, poco surtido en comparación a otros hoteles que he visitado. También me falto, pro actividad en la gente, gran parte del personal no se esmera en atender, puedes llegar a pedir algo a la barra y nadie te saluda o te pregunta si quieres algo. Es mi primera vez en República Dominicana, así que no se si toda la gente será así. Pero bueno detalles que hacen la diferencia entre las cadenas de hoteles.

Excelente Hotel sus playas, sus piscinas , sus restaurantes , sus instalaciones, sus empleados súper atentos complacientes súper profesionales, sus habitaciones impecables de limpias y de buen gusto el mobiliario nos hacía la habitación la señora Argentina Reyes fue nuestra camarera súper complaciente excelente perdona muy dedicada a su trabajo Los felicito tienen ejemplares empleados que hacen que el turista se sienta complacido.

Es un hotel donde mi esposo y yo pudimos descansar, sin preocuparnos por nada. Dentro del hotel cuentas con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. Los restaurantes estuvieron bastante bien, el mejor fue el Asiático con su show de Teppanyaki, para el cuál se debe hacer reserva. Pero lo mejor de todo fueron los tratamientos en el Spa, si tienen la oportunidad, porfis pregunten por Ivanesa, ella es la mejor profesional en el área de Salón de Belleza y Martha La mejor Terapeuta, sus masajes y terapias te dejan como nueva. Por último felicito sinceramente a todo el personal del hotel, son personas respetuosas y dispuestas a brindar el mejor servicio. Agradezco personalmente a Vanessa quien nos recibió el primer día y a la jefe de camareras de apellido Ramirez, quien me ayudó muchísimo con un incidente se me presentó con un Frappuccino sobre mi cama, mil Gracias!…

Merveilleux à tous points de vue 🌈🏝️🍸😍! Diversité et qualité des restaurants, piscines au tops, service disponibilité et amabilité du personnel, plage paradisiaque, activités proposées dans l’hôtel, propreté et décoration de l hôtel… nous avons passons un séjour inoubliable.
